The house had everything we could possibly need. We really enjoyed being able to fish from the dock, we had 7 people from 10 years old to 64 years old fishing. The house also had alot of gathering spaces and plenty of room for our party. We look forward to planning another trip next year and staying here again.

This Place is Amazing!

We had an amazing time at this house! The lake was stunning, the house had everything we needed, and we felt very at home. If we visit this area in the future this will be the first place we look at for our stay.

Moses Lake beachfront getaway

Great view with all the vacation feels. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. The home had everything we needed.

The host is amazing and very accommodating! The house is beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. I loved that they allowed me to bring my 2 golden retrievers with us. So much to do i wish we could have stayed longer! I Hope to come back again!

Beautiful home

Absolutely amazing place to stay. We will definitely be back. Kitchen is fully stocked, beds are so comfortable, kayaks for the kids and the sunsets are amazing. I highly recommend this home. Fantastic hosts ❤️

Extended Family Getaway

We enjoyed this house because it fit everybody 8 adults plus kids and we could take our dog too. The house has everything you need, there wasn’t one thing we were needing. It’s close to town and on Moses Lake as a bonus. Thanks for letting us enjoy time together at your beautiful home!

Extremely comfortable home

Well maintained, great location, great backyard with dock and water access. Host asks very little at end of stay. Overall nothing but positives and all us really enjoyed our stay.

Family Roadtrip & Weekday Getaway

Fantastic lake house! Perfect for the family to enjoy some family-time together. We enjoyed playing games, watching movies, fishing from the dock, and kayaking around the lake. Our dog loved running in and out the boat launch swimming in the water. The sunset was absolutely stunning!

Beautiful Lake Front Property

This place was truly amazing. Very private, lake front with grass lawn and huge dock. So many amenities at this place from fully stocked kitchen to arcade games and toys for all ages. The private dock and yard were awesome. Plenty of space to lounge around on multiple levels. Cute retro bar and outside bar/sitting area as well. We will surely stay here again.

Perfect Place for An Active Family Gathering!

This spot was perfectly located for a family gathering with members coming from three different directions! The home had everything we needed including plenty of toys for the grand-daughter to busy herself with. There were plenty of outdoor activities that we took advantage of - pontoon rental, Blue Heron Park for swimming, and we made perfect use of our canoe by heading out to the marsh island area where we were lucky enough to see turtles, birds, and fish jumping. Great experience! Wonderful lake house.

Great place for a weekend!

Super nice house to stay in and relax for the weekend. There was accommodation for children as well as pets! Beautiful view of the sunset from the backyard as well. Some downsides were that there are many bugs (which can be expected) and that the lake water is not ideal for swimming. Overall was a nice stay. BTW, it would be nice if there're a hot tub.

The bugs & lake flies can get annoying at times during the summer months, but they are an important part of the eco system. To help limit the bugs in our yard, we do treat the yard monthly and added two bug zappers after your stay. Nature is one of those things that's impossible to control, there will always be bugs around the lake & in a desert climate. We do what we can to make our home as enjoyable as possible for all of our guests and appreciate the feedback. Thanks again for staying!

Overall, we enjoyed the waterfront location. The lawn and dock were the highlights of the property and made for a nice place to spend time with family.Unfortunately, the home seemed to be lacking regular maintenance. We were looking forward to using the patio, but the outdoor furniture was covered in dirt, leaves, and spider webs, making it unusable. There were also no chairs set up on the dock, so we had to search through the shed to find some and clean off the spider webs before using them.There were a couple of safety concerns that should be addressed. Several nails were sticking up along the edge of the dock, and our kids tripped on them and got hurt. There was also a sharp corner on a metal plate attached to the dock ladder that seemed dangerous enough that we covered it with a towel to avoid an accident.Inside, the beach towels had numerous dark stains, and the second upstairs bedroom had no A/C, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. The entire exterior of the property was also covered in spider webs, adding to the overall impression that routine upkeep has been neglected.With better cleaning and maintenance, this could be a wonderful property because the waterfront setting is beautiful.

Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the waterfront location, lawn, and dock. We do want to provide some context. During the entire week-long stay, we were not contacted about any of these concerns. Had we been notified, we would have been happy to address anything we could and make the stay more comfortable. Learning about these issues only through the review unfortunately gave us no opportunity to help. Our home is in a desert environment near the sand dunes, where wind, dust, and spiders are a natural part of the climate despite regular cleaning and pest treatments. Outdoor furniture is not left on the dock because strong winds can blow it into the lake; chairs are kept in the shed for guests to use as needed. The home does have central A/C serving the upstairs bedrooms. We also take safety concerns seriously and will inspect the dock items mentioned. We strive to maintain a clean, comfortable property while recognizing that a waterfront home in this environment comes with some realities of nature. We encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we have the opportunity to help.

Perfect family escape

House worked great for 4 adults, 4 teenagers & a dog. Plenty of sleeping & hanging out space, kitchen is well stocked and the view is lovely! Lake is very shallow but worked perfect for kayaking and lazing around in floaties. Stairs to the dock were a challenge for the 87yo, but he enjoyed sitting on the covered deck and watching the teenagers play.

Stunning Home

What more can I say about this place, but paradise. A group of us childhood friends get together every Labor Day weekend with or family’s. We chose this amazing house and it was nothing less than perfect. From the overall cleanliness, everything you need and a great host, it was amazing. Lisa was very responsive and we will definitely be coming back at some point.
