The house is located in a quiet neighborhood near Captain Curt’s Village.

There are 2 living room areas in the home; one with a 15 foot fireplace with quiet, comfy seating and another gentleman’s parlor with recliners and a 55” flat screen TV. Enjoy your own private, screened lanai with ample seating for casual dining or morning coffee.
