This is a charming 1900 Farmhouse. There is a guest house which is listed separately. The home is still in a very original state. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. It's a charming piece of the past. The home is a short 6-8 minute commute from downtown Senoia. Downtown has some great restaurants. The farmhouse is what I consider rustic elegance. There is super fast wifi, a loft for additional sleeping and fun space for building forts for the kiddos. We have tried and keep an original feel with some modern amenities. We look forward to hosting you in the beautiful home of the past..

The host was nice and communicated quick and effectively. It is creaky and the doors don't close right so the master bathroom door won't shut and the bathroom near the kitchen has a sliding door that doesn't lock. Theres also large spiders and webs outside the house but it was a really nice stay overall. The area was pretty quiet and the house looks really nice.

Wonderful property for our stay for a week. Communication with owner was excellent and easy. Not far from Senoia and Newnan so it was perfect!

The house is exactly as described, it's an older farmhouse and has that farmhouse feel to it. It was located close to the historic train station where my niece's daughter's birthday party was. Melissa was quick to respond and was a great host

The host was a great communicator. My lower ratings came from the fact that this home could really use some upgrading and new furniture. The living room furniture was old, outdated and very uncomfortable.

Great location and loved the house

Really enjoyed staying at this property! You can enjoy hearing the rooster crow in the morning. And it's located in a very nice shady neighborhood.

Wasn’t aware from the description that one bedroom was upstairs and not connected to the central AC. Also, one bathroom is directly connected to the kitchen and the door doesn’t close properly.

Property was ideally located for our purposes. Melissa was tremendous to deal with and addressed any issues that arose. The house is older so some things may need replacing but was convenient and comfortable.

This property was excellent for our 2-week visit with our daughter, son-in-law and grandchildren. They live in Peachtree City only a 15 minute drive. The porches were delightful. We sat on the porch for our morning coffee, watched a thunderstorm on the front porch with our grandkids, and had at least 2 meals on the porch. The property is spacious, a truly beautiful country home. All appliances worked great! It did have a modern washer and dryer!We loved the grill in the back yard, we used it 3 times! Absolutely no complaints! We will use this property for all our visits if available! Melissa was the perfect host! Communication was quick and flawless.

Old School

I was in my element. I loved the antiques. It reminded me of my childhood at my granddaddy’s farm in Oxford, N.C. The beds were so comfortable. I liked the bathroom and kitchen updates too.

Senoia Farmhouse family visit

The Senoia Farmhouse is a charming farmhouse which appears a little run down from the outside but is tastefully renovated inside, while retaining much of its original character. The living space easily accommodated the four adults, two children (8 and 11 years old) and two dogs in our family. The master bedroom and bath were very comfortable, as were the other two bedrooms and the living room. The kitchen was large and well furnished.

The owner was excellent about communication. Had a few issues but resolved promptly. The house is an older home but updated. Old windows need replacing because of drafts. Kitchen and bathroom stocked. Overall a good place

Farmhouse Kitchen

Very nice OLD house the age of the house is awesome I love the kitchen We didn’t get to spend a lot of time there during the day so I didn’t get to sit out on the porch If the little barn area was cleaned up it would make a nice place for a gathering
