A unique "triangle" shaped home offering 2 private suites (one up and one down) with a common living area in the middle. Clean, comfortable home with Central Air. This home offers several outdoor living spaces with a large, covered front porch, as well as several decks and patios. The upstairs suite offers a large master bath with separate tub and shower as well as a walk in closet. The downstairs suite offers an attached bath with extra deep tub/shower combo and a walk in closet. The downstairs also offers a second room that can be used for an office, a craft room, or another sleeping area. Laundry is available onsite. This is truly a one of a kind home with a great north location near Frontier Park, Frontier Mall, Airport Golf course, downtown area, and the hospital.

Very nice!!

Unique house. House was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Fireplace in living room kept you comfortable on chilly nights.

Family Retreat

It was perfect! My husband and I booked this trip for our family. Our children are spread out all over the country and we were all together for the first time in a long time. House was super clean and provided space for everyone and privacy if you needed that. We played games, took turns cooking and spent time at Cheyenne Frontier Days. Would definitely stay there again. And is close to everything!

I loved the unique house design. My only caution was the amount of stairs for an older person. Otherwise it was a great stay.

Decent Stay in Cheyenne

Overall a decent place - centrally located and spacious for 3 adults. Could have been a little cleaner, but not bad. Good value and I'd probably stay again.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at this property. The house provided everything we could need, and the outdoor spaces were great to unwind at night. Overall it was a very comfortable stay, and we would definitely recommend this place to others.

Unique Home!

This uniquely, beautiful home was perfect for our family. 4 adults and 4 children total with plenty of room for everyone! Conveniently close to plenty of things to do. The host, Katie always responded quickly to any questions we had! We visit Cheyenne a couple times a year and would definitely stay here again!

Sunset drives offers nice sunsets!

We really enjoyed the layout of the home, the location, cleanliness etc. Couple of things to note...there is no table and chairs for meals...a counter with 3 bar stools. Didnt bother us but want others to take that into account since it is a 3 bedroom. The room upstairs is gorgeous but the arc window has now covering so be prepared to rise with the sunshine 🌞. Again, didn't bother us but it was bright! We really enjoyed the front porch and the kitchen area...really the whole house. Very nice! Thanks Katie!

Loved it!

Location was awesome! So close to downtown area, local museums, botanical gardens, the mall, tons of restaurants, and lions Park! The house was clean and very comfy! We had everything we needed for home cooked meals! Beds were very comfortable! We have a new found respect for the history of Cheyenne after the trolly tour we took and would love to come back and stay at this property again! Thanks!

Quality Venue

The property is located within minutes of the downtown district , shopping mall and restaurants. We chose this location because family are familiar with the owner. It did not disappoint. Definitely recommend this property,priced right and quality home and ammenities.

Fantastic Property

Katie did an amazing job with her VRBO. Was a super cute place with all the accommodations you need. Bed and bedding were extremely comfortable and the kitchen had everything you needed. I traveled with my employees and we all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay here again.
