This was a last minute booking when our flight was disrupted. It was perfect for our family (including grandparents). Great location, great amenities on the property. The place had lots of room and loved that there were two double beds in the kids’ room.

This is a 3-story town home. The first floor has a bedroom with 1 queen bed. The 2nd floor had the kitchen, half bath and living room. The 3rd floor has the master and the room with 2 double beds. The master bed was hard as concrete., and there was just a mattress on a metal frame. No box springs,no dust ruffle, etc. I would not consider this a luxury rental, but overall it was a good place if you don't mind walking up steep stairs a lot. 2 cars barely fit in the driveway.

The location and proximity to the parks was great. Size of the home was great for our family. The actual resort area was really nice and we enjoyed the most of the common areas: pool, hot tub, bar, game room. Home was near a lot of local stores and eateries near by and was even in walking distance to the nearest supermarket. Was a great stay!

Great Location, Needs Updates

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was fine, but the unit didn’t match the listing in several ways.Cleanliness: Someone had thrown up in the first-floor bedroom, and the “cleanup” was just water dumped on the floor. It was soaking wet and smelled, so we had to clean the floor ourselves.Condition and furniture: The unit is dated and needs updating. Several light bulbs had burned out and needed replacing. The living room couch was very uncomfortable, with the padding gone. The dining room chairs were ripped and missing padding.Listing accuracy: The listing never mentioned that the unit is three stories, which matters for anyone planning around stairs. The second-floor deck is also much smaller than it appears in the photos.Climate control: The unit has only one AC, so the temperature wasn’t even. The upstairs was comfortable, but the first floor was cold.Supplies: There were only 6 towels, so we bought some of our own. There also wasn’t enough silverware for everyone to have a fork and eat a meal together.With better cleaning, updated furniture and fully stocked supplies, this could be a good rental. We hope the host will address these issues

The initial text communication from the host was confusing however VRBO reached out to the host on my behalf. The issue was resolved.

Location is great for conference center events. Unit was clean and as advertised. Never figured out the television cable box and the only supply in the place was salt! Something as simple as the appropriate coffee filter for your coffee maker would be nice.

Great condo/townhouse

Very spacious condo with great amenities in a lovely resort. The property manager was always quick to respond to any questions. It is right next to the convention center, so very convenient. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great location and nice property

Group of friends stayed here for an event at the Concention Center. This property was very close and easily accessible to it. Monica was very helpful in accommodating us and was prompt to answer when we had trouble with the keypad. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Two story townhome that lists an elevator, but has none. Lists a balcony that you cannot step out on. Several bulbs were out. Broken hair dryer. Furniture is in need of repair. Communication with the host is very bad.

Orlando AAU volleyball

The property was very nice. Had everything we needed with plenty of space. Had a lot of amenities close by including grocery, restaurants and stores. Only thing was we had to drive to the pool instead of walk. Was able to walk to convention center for volleyball tournament which was nice. Overall was a great place to stay.

Convenient location

I stayed at this condo for 5 nights with other friends while we attended a dance competition for our daughters. The location couldn't have been better! The competition was right across the street at the OCCC.While the unit was clean, it does have some areas that need attention. One of the kitchen drawer faces is falling off, the master bathroom cabinets are peeling and part of the wall needs to be patched up next to the shower/tub.Unfortunately the pool on our side of the complex was closed for renovations, but I did notice that there were pool towels in the unit. That will be nice for anyone staying after the pool is reopened. I would recommend this unit for anyone wanting to stay near the OCCC.
