Thank you for your feedback. We can’t apologize enough for the plumbing problems at the home. Unfortunately plumbing issues such as this are unforeseen. The plumbing company was notified right away when we were made aware of the leak, so it was the plumbing service tech himself that was dispatched 15 minutes before he arrived to the home. Our maintenance logs show that your other issues such as light bulb replacements were taken care of when reported. We certainly did not intend on the listing to be a misrepresentation and have since updated the advertising. We thank you for staying with us and we appreciate your feedback.
