The property was clean. The kitchen was very well equipped. The biggest concern was the stinky smell in the hall that kept permeating into the apartment. The condo was on the third floor so you would have to walk up 3 flights of stairs with a very unpleasant odor. And the odor lasted the whole weekend. It smelled of very stinky food smell.

The house is on a busy main street which was noisy at night. There was plenty of parking space. The host was very communicative and responsive to any request.

The unit is very well appointed with extra supplies and appreciate the extra towels. The location is central to everything we needed for our son's wedding and greatly appreciate the easy parking. One note, if you are there on a weekend, bring earplugs. The frat house next door isn't anything to do with owners of this unit of course. No control over that, but it gets loud, so earplugs were a must for sleeping.

Cute 3brm top floor unit with comfy beds, clean & soft linens, ample parking, lovely full kitchen, and very communicative hosts. While the entryway/stairwell to the complex was indeed pretty unkempt, as others have noted, and there is a frat house next door, don't let that put you off as the unit itself was very tidy and there was little noise from next door (and we were there on homecoming weekend!) and traffic noise quiets down as well. The handful of Christmas decor items still up was unusual, but hey, maybe they want every day to be like Christmas? Overall a very nice stay and right in the heart of Bozeman.

We didn't get to enjoy the apartment, because we arrived late and left early the next morning. However, it was clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds slept well for all of us, and the pillows were comfortable (I am a bit of a pillow snob). I greatly appreciated the stocked K-Cups, so we could grab a quick cup of coffee before driving to Yellowstone. I highly recommend and would stay here again!

This property is about location. It is in a great spot for activities in and around Bozeman. It is on the 3rd floor and there is easy access to parking in the parking lot. The beds were very comfortable. If there are 6 adults, there is not comfortable seating for all 6 in the front room. The pictures accurately show the furniture. The host provided excellent communication.

The place was tired and worn. The common are was filthy. The front door was not secure enough and Christmas decorations adorned the front doors. Inside there were holes in the wall and it needed a serious paint job. It was well appointed in terms of linens and supplies though. The property is for sale so owners not putting in any effort and it shows.
