Property has 3 bedrooms w/queen bedroom sets, sitting room has 2 couches w/1 being a hide-a bed(twin size), 55" TV w/ expanded cable , Kitchen w/1.5 c.f. convection oven, dishes, silverware etc., 28" TV w/ basic cable, WIFI included, gas grill on 8' x 16' deck between rental and garage, a 30'x 8' deck w/great view facing Main Street. Covered off-street parking deck 20' x 14'wide(vehicle needs tight turning radius)

Loved the town

Beautiful town friendly people and the lodge was perfect!! Little scary getting in and out of the garage but all in all we loved it!!

Blackhills 2024

We were there to explore the black hills on our motorcycles. The property was perfectly located and was IMMACULATE. Could not have asked for a better stay or a nicer host. Would stay again.

Great Spot

House was clean & perfectly situated in town. The large balcony overlooks main street, perfect for coffee or evening drinks. Shops & restaurants in walking distance with Deadwood a five minute drive. The covered parking bay was large enough for my full size truck and also gave me peace of mind that my vehicle was protected.

I have lived in Lead all my life and bought my house in 1980. Since then I have excavated and built my 1st floor (Suite B) along with the 2nd level deck. Then I had my roof removed and built the 3rd floor (Suite A). Then I built the garage and finally the 3rd floor front deck.
