Amazing

Property is kept very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Everything met our expectations. Yes, it is expensive-wasn't expecting it to be a bargain. That said, we felt it was money well spent. Would definitely stay here again.

NOT Ocean View

This says ocean view. We were put in a room that had ZERO ocean view. Was told it was a “category ocean view room”. This is a scam. Paid over $2000 a night. Ended up leaving and going to another resort that actually had a room with a view of the ocean. Was told they would given me zero discount or refund.

Loved it

This was our 3rd Hawaii trip in a row with our 3 children and definitely our favorite hotel. The hotel was beautiful, not overly crowded and on the quieter side. We didn't like the restaurant on site, but other than that the experience was perfect. Bonus that the rooms have a kitchen and water/dryer!

Amazing stay

Amazing time and place w our family. Only thing that was not 100 percent was the “ocean view” we paid up for. We could see a sliver of the ocean… so be careful if you think “ocean view” is going to give you that. Other than this, the trip was amazing.

Great vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott KoOlina. The 2 bedroom suite was very spacious and perfect for 5 of us. The beach and pools were lovely and everyone was kind and helpful. We had one small issue with the thermostat and it was fixed in 10 minutes! We had no complaints and will be back.

Perfect vacation stay for families with toddlers

Marriott Ko’Olina is a perfect vacation spot for families with small children. Check-in was a breeze. The adjoining rooms had all the amenities needed, a fridge and freezer, plates and utensils, and even a washer and dryer. Marriott will hassle you to do a timeshare presentation, but it was easy to decline. Overall, we loved our stay and would stay here again in the future!

Marriott's Ko'Olina Beach Club was excellent! We had an ocean view and a pool view. It was perfect and beautiful. The property was clean and very well-maintained. The service was great from the front desk to the valet, and the cleaning team. We were close to most stores and the attractions we wanted to do. The good was good (little pricey at the resort) It was a good time to just relax from the busy life! We enjoyed the island and the friendly people!

Relaxing, fun family vacation

Marriott's Ko Olina Beach Club is the best place for families to vacation. Our family of 7 always had something to do with their activities available like water slide and hula hoop contests. The property is amazing and well maintained. You can either cook, grill or dine out which makes it very convenient. They have nice work out facilities and 3 pools to choose from.

Excellent option for families

The location was absolutely perfect. Quiet end of a four lagoon strip and away from the very busy Disney resort. I'm not a beach person and every day I looked forward to laying on our raft in the very clean, no waves lagoon. Walking distance from shops, golf and restaurants. It was a nice combination of hotel/rental since housekeeping came half way through our stay to change sheets and towels. 100% would recommend this location over Honolulu or the north shore. Full service grocery store on property too so no need to leave if you don't want to.

Great family option!

Our stay at the Marriott Beach Club was perfect for our family of four. Having 2 bedrooms with super comfortable beds, 2 bathrooms and living space makes for a very comfy stay. We enjoyed the pool and bay at the resort but also had easy access to the whole island for day trips to other beaches and areas of the island. Dining options at the resort were great and in the nearby shopping center. Would definitely return to this resort in the future.

Family Getaway - Need more food options!

Great resort. Booked an owner rental through Vrbo. Easy process. Easy check in. 2 bedroom suite was recently renovated, clean, well stocked, with an excellent view of the ocean. We enjoyed the pool and beach/cove areas everyday. We also enjoyed the fitness activities such as yoga and volleyball in the pool. Our only issue was that the food options were very limited. Only 2 restaurants on property and one of those is just bar food. Most of our meals were mediocre at best with long waits. Even when we ventured off property to the local Ko Olina area we still had long waits, mediocre food, with high price tags. We were traveling with 2 teenagers with picky appetites and were frequently told they could not order off the kids menus because that was reserved for younger kids only. Our 12 year old always orders off the kids menu at home. So we were forced to buy adult meals and 90% of the time she wouldn’t eat more than a bite or 2. Also with the time change from the mainland, breakfast was not served until 8am and we typically were up waiting for the restaurant to open for several hours before. Would recommend d leaving property for breakfast but again, not a lot of options in the immediate area. There was a fully stocked kitchen, but we weren’t keen on cooking our own meals during our vacation.

After a rough evening checkin process and no food options, we had an amazing week. We chilled at the resort, explored ALL over Oahu, experienced the best Luau celebration and left with thousands of memories. Mahalo!

Best relaxed family vacation

I was glad to reach out to Vacation Candy to book this place for us for our vacation. We were visiting Oahu after 21 yrs with our kids and thought we are going to have vacation with crowded people. Geez how wrong I was, this resort is on the west side of the island, with great walking trail along the lagoons much less crowded and has beautiful, gorgeous sunset views that one can enjoy everyday of their vacation. The unit itself, was wonderful with all the amenities that a family can enjoy as home being away from home. The amenities on the resort were perfect for us to not venture out of the resort and spend days relaxing at the pool or the beach. The resort is very close to marina that has most of the water activities. My husband enjoyed playing golf at the Ko Olina golf course. My kids enjoyed beach, pool and snorkeling activities. I enjoyed walking 3.5 miles walking trail everyday with amazing ocean views and my days ended by just chilling at the beach catching sunset everyday. Overall it was a great trip for us to wrap 2022.
