Enjoy a luxurious stay for a fraction of the cost. Typical savings range from 30-70% when comparing our rates to direct resort bookings. All of our units are managed and maintained by the resort. Upon arrival, guests will check-in at the resort’s front desk using their resort confirmation # just as if they had booked directly through the resort. Full access to the resort’s services and amenities are included with every reservation. Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines is located along six oceanfront acres within Hilton Head Island's renowned Sea Pines Plantation - a natural beauty framed by spectacular scenery. Embracing the natural setting, your two-bedroom, two-bath villa offers amenities like a master suite, private balcony or patio, and full kitchen. Enjoy our two pools, children's pool and three whirlpools. With privileged access to the adjacent Sea Pines Beach Club, you can make golf and tennis part of your day as well.Marriott's Monarch sits amid miles of breathtaking beaches enveloping the tranquil Atlantic Ocean. This oceanfront resort's sands are perfect for jogging or bicycling, and the area is blessed with nature trails to explore. From here, you can challenge your golf skills on some of the most acclaimed courses in the country, or play on your choice of hundreds of championship-quality tennis courts.Our resort is the perfect launching point to explore scenic treasures such as The Sea Pines Forest Preserve and the Pinckney Island National Wildlife Refuge. Or linger amid the colorful array of yachts at the famous Harbour Town Marina.

** Upon arrival, you will need to pay a one time fee of $9 to enter Sea Pines.

** All of the units at Marriott's Monarch at Sea Pines are pre-assigned. This will not impact your stay as all of the units are still managed and maintained by the resort. The only thing that will be different about the unit being pre-assigned is that you will not be able to make a request for a specific location preference within the resort.

** Please make sure to check local travel requirements before you book and before you leave.

** The resort will be undergoing a complete renovation of the Exterior and Interior of the Camelia and Magnolia buildings from Nov. 22, 2025, through Jan. 30, 2026. Please expect to see contractors and hear construction noise during your upcoming stay.

** From approximately Sept. 2025 to May 2026, the Town of Hilton Head Island will be completing a Beach Renourishment Project to restore erosion of several areas of the beaches.

Monarch at Sea Pines

Rented this in addition to our owner unit for extra family. As always Mariott had everything needed including a pack n play with sheets in all units. Grounds and amenities including the beach were perfect.

Excellent stay

Our family enjoyed every moment of our stay! The rooms were spacious, well stocked, and clean. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was great. The amenities at this property were outstanding! We are thankful to have been able to stay here and look forward to returning.

Amazing!

This was our first time at the Marriott Monarch! We loved it! All the amenities, the condo and staff were superior. The location was perfect right on the beach with pools, activities and close to restaurants and shopping! Thank you for a fantastic experience! I love Marriott, have been a Bonvoy member for years. Vacation Candy was easy to book and we will use them and stay at the MM again!

Amazing experience

Our stay at Beach Lagoon was perfect. The condo was spacious and had all we needed. By far with the most amenities in any VRBO we have visited. The activities at the Marriott Monarch were fun and plentiful! The location was amazing rt on the beach, two pools and super close to restaurants and shopping! Highly recommend!

Family Vacation

This is the second year staying at this resort. It's very clean and right on the beach. I wish, though, it had a restaurant/bar on property. We would recommend this resort as a wonderful place to stay!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The Monarch is a beautiful ocean resort. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved our week at the Monarch. There were many activities to choose from for both adults and kids. The location is perfect and convenient to cologny, harbor town and Lawton stables. We will definitely plan our vacation at the Monarch next year.

Great laid back family getaway

Great resort for quality family time, nice pool, fantastic beach, and onsite bike rentals for beautiful beach rides. Clean, nicely outfitted condo units. If you're looking for a lot of ammenities, this is not the place for you. No onsite restaurant or bar, but great setting and restaurant right next door. Nice small destinations for dinner and shopping within a short bike ride.

Vacation!

We had such an amazing vacation and I'd book this space again, without question. Room was clean, service was great, booking experience was easy, etc. My only comment would be that I wish the venue had a restaurant onsite. There was a place right next door, but I would rather have something right at the resort. Other than that, I give it a 10 out of 10!!

Late August Vacation

Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath unit .... the view of the beach and ocean from our balcony was great. The property was very well maintained. We rented bikes from the resort and during one of our trips, my wife’s bicycle stopped pedaling and I was unable to make the repair. We called the resort and within 10 minutes, one of their employees (Moses) arrived with a new bike and we were back on our way. The Marriott staff also volunteered to remove the charge for the bike that week. My only complaint is that for 2 consecutive nights, the fire alarm in our building activated at 1:00 a.m. So, we stood outside for some period of time both evenings until the false alarm was cleared. I do not blame the management of the facility for that though. We had a good time and would return.
