This spacious condo is on an upper corner of the main building. WIFI included and every channel in the USA available with free movies! Enjoy the comforts of a KING and two QUEEN beds. There is plenty of room for you, your family, and friends to enjoy and feel comfortable in our spacious living room and bedrooms. We have a nice large balcony for you to relax outside and enjoy some fresh air. Located on site you can find one of the LARGEST pools in Cabo! You can also enjoy all of the amenities on site such as the jacuzzi, game room with a pool table and ping pong, a bar and grill, salon, and much more! There is a washer and dryer on site as well. But besides the amazing property we have, you are in an amazing location! We are centrally located steps away from the beach, a large mall, many many restaurants, bars, nightlife, the marina, and much more! We also offer the best deals to rent your own private yacht! Enjoy this home owned by a family born and raised in California. We enjoy our time in Cabo San Lucas so much that we decided to purchase a home there. We are Real Estate agents in Temecula Ca and split our time between Cabo and California. We have two adult children with the hopes to have grandchildren one day soon to share our love of travel with.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We choose this property in Marina Sol because of it's centrally located to everything. We are a 2 min walk to Medano Beach, Mango Deck and to see the beautiful Arch. We also loved the fact that we can walk 5 mins to eat all the authentic Mexican food in Downtown and at night we can walk to the marina to have dinner there as well. We loved all of the amenities Marina Sol has to offer like taking a dip in the hot tub at night. If we don't feel like walking we're able to eat at the restaurant at Marina Sol. Our condo is on the corner which is very spacious and private with the gorgeous night lights of the city.
