Hilltop Acres is a gem in Clarksville, TN. The Residence Suite is the original portion of the home with a full kitchen, dining room and living area. Relax and enjoy our spacious property 15 minutes from downtown, restaurants, APSU, and Fort Campbell. Nashville is only a 45 minute drive. Or stay home, relax in your private guest suite and explore our 5 acre property. We can't wait to welcome you!
Disclaimer: This is one of three private units at the property. The yard is shared by all guests.
The master bedroom comes with two queen beds. The 2nd bedroom is accessed through the master bedroom and is equipped with a twin over full bunk bed with a pull out twin trundle. The 2nd bedroom has a door to provide privacy from the master. The bathroom is accessed through the master bedroom. Your suite includes full access to our pond, fire pit, and backyard. These areas are shared with other guests. This unit also has a fully-fenced pet area for small to medium sized dogs. Your private suite entrance is around to the right of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. Please park on the driveway on the right of the house or on the street. Other guests may park in front of the house or on the driveway to the left, so please do not park in these areas. You get the entire space to yourself. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergency.

Guest Access:
Your private suite entrance is around to the right of the home and comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. Please park on the driveway on the right of the house or on the street. Other guests may park in front of the house or on the driveway to the left, so please do not park in these areas. Our home comes equipped with an electronic lock, so no need to worry about losing keys. You will receive a custom door code within 48 hours of your stay. We have a property manager in the area in case of emergencies.
Other Things to Note:
We do have some requirements for booking for you to be aware of, that help enhance your guest experience and to protect your stay:
• By booking this reservation, you authorize permission for us to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided upon request. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and let us know if you have any questions
• Check-in is after 4:00 pm
• Check-out is before 10:00 am
• This unit is pet friendly for up to two dogs. Please message us with the breed and size of each pet that will be staying with you and we will send you the amount due for the pet fee.
• Help us keep the place clean for future guests and please remove all trash by placing it in the trash can outside
• Upon booking, you agree that you have read & agree to comply with these rules. In the event any of our rules are violated, you will be asked to leave immediately and no refund will be issued. Thank you!
