As described, property has a lot to offer

Overall, pleased. There was a lot of room for a large family. Some general maintenance might be needed in the near future. Beds were comfortable, except the king in the downstairs bedroom. It was a bad mattress shoved in a water bed… felt like sleeping on rocks. If you need a big house and can do without the 4th bed, definitely recommend.

Hi Kathie, Thank you so much for your feedback and for staying with us. We’re glad you enjoyed the space and that it accommodated your family well. We truly appreciate your note about the downstairs king bed – this has now been fixed to ensure a much more comfortable experience for future guests. We hope to host you again soon! Best regards!

This is a very nice sized house and had plenty of space for our group of 5. It was close to many things. The kitchen had a number of small appliances available for use. It could have been cleaner and there was quite a bit of left over food from previous guests that was still in the refrigerator and pantry that had expired as far back as Oct 2025. Communication with the owner was a bit frustrating. The check in message said for immediate assistance to send a message through Vrbo. We needed to get a hold of them quickly due to a leak from the upstairs bathroom coming through the ceiling downstairs. I sent a message but didn’t hear back so I had to call VRBO so they could get a hold of the owners.

Meets the needs

This is a very nice home. The carpeting is dated and extremely worn in the bedrooms and there are splatters of paint dripped over some of the other floors. There was a strong smell of cleaning supplies in the home. All in all, the home was nice, clean, very spacious and comfortable. One of the beds is a waterbed which is not described in the listing. The house is priced right for what you get. The host was responsive to requests and left a nice gift for our stay. The neighborhood was safe and easily accessible to all of the wedding venues we attending on the weekend.
