Family ladies escape with special needs

My mom, cousin, aunt and I had a great time staying at this house. The kitchen was nice and had all the equipment for us to cook all week. The tv couch was huge and comfortable enough to pass out on. We didn't use the outside kitchen and eating area but it looked so nice I would rent this place in the summer just to get to enjoy it.

Wedding weekend

My 2 sons and grandchildren enjoyed the house for my daughters wedding! It was 5 minutes from the wedding venue, so the location was perfect. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, - especially coming from Boston

Cute town in Florida

We stayed about 1 week after Helene and the host was amazing. Very quick to respond, very accommodating to our needs. The place was a great location for what we needed, the beaches were closed so I can’t comment on that. The downtown of New Port Richey is awesome with amazing food options.. we were 3-5 min drive to the downtown. Only thing was wish there were some seating options around the pool but honestly it was fine. The outdoor area was amazing!!!!! So cozy and an entire second kitchen!

Glenda, thank you so much for this little piece of paradise! Everything that you need is available! My Mom and I were overly satisfied with your lovely home. Vety peaceful and well maintained property. New Port Richey has wonderful parks and restaurants as well! We dined at Zen Kitchen and had a great meal! Highly encourage anyone staying her to check out. Again, thank you so much for a nice,relaxing stay. This will be my go to place when visiting my son,daughter in law and grandson!

Great place, needs attention and a deep cleaning

Wish someone would have gave it a deep and through cleaning! Black feet and socks from the dirty floors. The outdoor kitchen was very unclean and unkept. Bedding was old and lumpy. Kitchen ware was gummed up with old use. No kitchen towels or washcloths.The provided spices and dry goods were unusable and actually lumpy. I think a lot was overlooked.

Great property.

The house was amazing! Everything we needed was included. Like dishes, towls pool was clean and up to shape. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. Overall a 10/10 . Looking forward to returning in june.

Nice outdoor space

I rented this place for the outdoor space, and I did not disappoint. The outside kitchen, seating area and pool were all great!

Beautiful home

This home was exactly what we wanted!! Everything that you could possible need in the kitchen. The pool was perfect. We rented this house to stay for my sons graduation. Prior to booking I got the okay from the owner to have a bbq with his friends that he graduated with. We had a blast and can not thank the owner enough. The master shower was amazing. I do not think my mom or son left the pool the whole time we were there.

Perfect Getaway

Very nice property. Everything was as shown in the listing. Any questions we had were immediately answered. It was well laid out and had many extras for use in the kitchen. The master bath shower was amazing with all the jets and great water pressure. House was very clean. Privacy fence and screened in pool/dining area was a nice touch as well. Located in a quiet area but yet it was very close to shopping and other retail places. Definitely would stay at this property again.

Our second awesome family vacation at this residence

Stay was awesome just like last year the pool is great along with a great exterior living space covered as it did rain multiple days that we were here. There is everything u need for the beach including a pop up tent shade and cooler. Your only 35 minutes from honey moon island which I recommend over clear water or feed Howard park due to the beaches and parking. Honestly don’t have a complaint other than every year I always end up wanting just one more day and of course it’s always booked but there is always next year. I have a family of 9 I bring with me 4 adults an adult child and 4 younger children and just enough room.

Great getaway

My daughters, granddaughters and son in law, came down first. Then my sisters and brother in laws came down. The property was the perfect size for us. There were plenty of activities for my granddaughters. They spent quite a bit of time in the pool and we went to Clearwater to the beach, took a trip on the pirate ship and went on a great dolphin excursion. We also played mini golf. There were plenty of great restaurants to check out. I was here a month and needed more time to be able to check out all that New Port Richey has to offer. And this property was perfect to come back to each day. Thank you Glenda for everything

Wedding Trip

We traveled from Pennsylvania and stayed at this wonderful location for a wedding we attended in Dade City. The property is gorgeous, has many amenities for families, close to many attractions. I hope to stay again, if I am ever in the area.

Repeat guest - New home away from home!

LOVE this house and the owner! My husband and I visited our son earlier this year, and we liked it so much that we visited him again, but this time brought along his Grandma and Aunt/Uncle! The house is close to gas stations, stores, Tarpon Springs, and Honeymoon Island (our favorite beach). The house had everything we needed (and more) for cooking, entertaining, and relaxing. The outdoor area is AMAZING! Half of the area is covered, so we can even enjoy when it is raining! Can't wait to book another stay next year and use the outdoor kitchen.

Close to lots of attractions

The property was great, close to lots of attractions without being in a tourist area(cost savings). The pool was great for my little ones(9 & 4), one of which is not a strong swimmer yet. Plenty of room for everyone and the indoor/outdoor setup is nice on cool days.

Girls' Weekend

Home was just as advertised and well appointed. We had everything we needed and the house was very close to a Publix if you were to need anything not provided. The beds were comfortable and we were surprised to find out that a salt water pool was actually preferable to a chlorine pool as none of us had ever experienced a salt water pool before. The communication was great during the whole rental process. We would definitely recommend this property.

Do not forget to dive into many local beaches and to visit the recognized Weeki Wachee Spring. New Port Richey is all about nature and outdoors. It is a city that represents well what living in Florida feels like.
