Do we really enjoyed our stay! The home was very nice and clean. The pool was great and well heated and we really enjoyed the outside kitchen! It also awesome TV / movie room. Very nice house we will definitely stay again.

Just returned home from an excellent stay in this lovely home . 6 adults enjoyed all of the comforts of this house. Lovely pool and screened in lanai. Favorite part was the outdoor kitchen . . Glenda and her husband were great hosts. Responded quickly to any questions or issues we had.We will definitely return . 10 out of 10!!!

The property is exactly as listed. Very comfortable inside and out to relax. The outside kitchen was my favorite part. We did our breakfasts outside, the screened in area was nice, no bugs to deal with. Overall it was plenty roomy for my family to have their own space to chill at night. The communication was easy and kind. I will definitely rent here again.

This place was amazing. The house offered everything you could possible need and it truley felt like our home for that week. We took full advantage of the pool, grill and outside cooking area. I also really appriciated the screened in pool area. Sitting outside and not having to fight the bugs was a plus. My next trip back to Tarpon springs will depend on the availability of this house -The only thing I would recommend is something in the house that tells us about recommended restaurants, shopping and other things to do in the area. Other then that I give this place a 10 out of 10.

THE BEST PLACE EVER...

Honestly I can only say good things about this place it is a very clean well managed property. Owners were very welcoming and quickly responsive with anything we asked. Absolutely loved the latch gate to the pool area to keep my 15 month old safe. The outdoor cover patio area was absolutely amazing and so relaxing. All the bed were very comfortable and the house had absolutely everything you needed aside from your own clothes and food. We would definitely stay here again and would strongly recommend this place to anyone... also very centrally located and close to many attractions and shopping needs.

Family ladies escape with special needs

My mom, cousin, aunt and I had a great time staying at this house. The kitchen was nice and had all the equipment for us to cook all week. The tv couch was huge and comfortable enough to pass out on. We didn't use the outside kitchen and eating area but it looked so nice I would rent this place in the summer just to get to enjoy it.

Wedding weekend

My 2 sons and grandchildren enjoyed the house for my daughters wedding! It was 5 minutes from the wedding venue, so the location was perfect. The kids enjoyed the heated pool, - especially coming from Boston

Cute town in Florida

We stayed about 1 week after Helene and the host was amazing. Very quick to respond, very accommodating to our needs. The place was a great location for what we needed, the beaches were closed so I can’t comment on that. The downtown of New Port Richey is awesome with amazing food options.. we were 3-5 min drive to the downtown. Only thing was wish there were some seating options around the pool but honestly it was fine. The outdoor area was amazing!!!!! So cozy and an entire second kitchen!

Glenda, thank you so much for this little piece of paradise! Everything that you need is available! My Mom and I were overly satisfied with your lovely home. Vety peaceful and well maintained property. New Port Richey has wonderful parks and restaurants as well! We dined at Zen Kitchen and had a great meal! Highly encourage anyone staying her to check out. Again, thank you so much for a nice,relaxing stay. This will be my go to place when visiting my son,daughter in law and grandson!

Great place, needs attention and a deep cleaning

Wish someone would have gave it a deep and through cleaning! Black feet and socks from the dirty floors. The outdoor kitchen was very unclean and unkept. Bedding was old and lumpy. Kitchen ware was gummed up with old use. No kitchen towels or washcloths.The provided spices and dry goods were unusable and actually lumpy. I think a lot was overlooked.

Great property.

The house was amazing! Everything we needed was included. Like dishes, towls pool was clean and up to shape. The outdoor kitchen was amazing. Overall a 10/10 . Looking forward to returning in june.

Beautiful home

This home was exactly what we wanted!! Everything that you could possible need in the kitchen. The pool was perfect. We rented this house to stay for my sons graduation. Prior to booking I got the okay from the owner to have a bbq with his friends that he graduated with. We had a blast and can not thank the owner enough. The master shower was amazing. I do not think my mom or son left the pool the whole time we were there.

Perfect Getaway

Very nice property. Everything was as shown in the listing. Any questions we had were immediately answered. It was well laid out and had many extras for use in the kitchen. The master bath shower was amazing with all the jets and great water pressure. House was very clean. Privacy fence and screened in pool/dining area was a nice touch as well. Located in a quiet area but yet it was very close to shopping and other retail places. Definitely would stay at this property again.

Is you wish to remain local, New Port Richey has much to offer. Ride in less than 5 minutes to down town New Port Richey that is always full of local events ALL year round, eat by the water with a beautiful view out of the many restaurants by US-19 (0.5 miles from the house), entertain yourself with favorite attractions such as cart racing, hiking, visiting the famous Sponge Duck in Tarpon Spring, renting a boat or fishing in a city full of providers. Do not forget to dive into many local beaches and to visit the recognized Weeki Wachee Spring. New Port Richey is all about nature and outdoors. It is a city that represents well what living in Florida feels like.
