This place was perfect for the week we spent in town visiting relatives. Clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend and stay again in the future!

We loved the house! Everything was as advertised and Rae Ann had all the bases covered. We wanted for nothing. The back yard was very peaceful and we really enjoyed sitting around the fire pit.

This was a really fun spot to spend a couple of days and a good base of operations locally. The drive to Springfield is not too far. I would absolutely come back just to hang out at the house. The reading room in particular makes this great for a relaxing weekend break!

Rae Ann messaged us before our stay with all the info we needed so it was a seamless check-in process. The house was so cute! Clean, welcoming, and made for a great weekend retreat. The shower had hot water and great pressure, an amazing feature for those of us with long hair. The little library was adorable and we were sad we weren't staying long enough to really enjoy it but we're already looking into dates for our next trip!

This is a charming home in a beautiful spot. The owners have done such a great job anticipating everything a traveler may need. The large backyard was great for my dog and the back patio is huge. I have used VRBOs all over the USA and a few internationally and truthfully this may be the best one ever for the ease of use. Check in flawless, home very clean, internet access easy, and any appliance you may need. Absolutely a wonderful spot.

Perfect little house! Everything was clean and well stocked with everything you might need. The little library in the back was my favorite! I only wish we could have stayed longer!

A perfect place for us to visit family!

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed to be comfortable, and the yard was great for our pets! We would definitely stay again!

Nice House Dog Friendly!

Love this cozy little house, it mostly updated with a beautiful backyard and patio! I stayed for a dog event not far away and it was perfect! It is 3/4 fenced yard so there if your dog is a roamer you’ll have to put them on leash, but it was perfect for us!

This was an amazing find and a tiny little town!The house was very clean, two bedrooms, one bath, big kitchen, really big living/dining room. Outside was adorable, nice big deck, nice patio and even a little outside building made up to be a library with a TV and a fireplace. Very welcoming. There was a grill, an outdoor fireplace, plenty of seating out there as well.The neighborhood is very quiet. I think for a three night stay we might have seen something like four cars.The host left us bottled water, toiletries, washing laundry detergent. It is dog, friendly, and the yard is big for the dogs.Unfortunately, the event that we were there for did not allow us much time to enjoy the backyard or the deck.The town is very small and your options for food and groceries are very limited. The latest restaurant open on Saturday night was only till 8 PM, so just plan ahead on your food.If I come for an event in this area again, I will absolutely rent this house again

I set this up for my father during a family reunion that was in a nearby town he was very happy with the place said it was clean with central air conditioning and a nice patio area. He said he will probably be trying to stay there for future reunions. Thanks

Lovely Stay in Waverly!

I stayed at this home in Waverly, IL with my children, my father and my dogs. The check in process was easy! The yard was lovely and very clean. Parking was easy, ample and safe. My host was very attentive, kind and communicated very well. She made sure we were comfortable and answered questions right away! We spent evenings playing cards on the back deck while our dogs made use of the yard. It was nice to have a morning cup of coffee on the deck and be surrounded by “quiet.” I would stay again in the future!

Cozy and Peaceful

Wonderful stay. Clean and cozy home with amazing back deck to watch sunsets and just relax. So happy to have been able to stay in town during our recent visit instead of 30+ min away. Great communication with owner. Would definitely book this property again.

Everything was exceptionally cleaned and well maintained, the property owner is extremely friendly, and the internet worked great! I would absolutely stay here again in the future its very relaxing! 😁
