Great property to stay at for your Disney/Universal/Orlando trip! We enjoyed the house, and everything it came with ! The private pool was a plus ! Only thing is we wished they would have some ceiling fans, or something to help keep the house a little cooler. (I didn’t ask for any fans to be sent over cause we were basically gone for most of our stay at the theme parks, but this would’ve been good to have at night. We slept on top of the bedding with no covers that’s how warm it was) Other than that great stay! The host was very friendly and responsive, and the house was clean! We also left it pretty clean, and helped out the cleaning crew as much as possible for the next guest!! Would definitely book again .

Yes, as per the listing and photos, the home has AC throughout and does not have ceiling fans, but you can lower the AC thermostat and that keeps the home at a cool and comfortable temperature. Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. It was a little further from Orlando than we expected, but not so far that it created issues.

Beautiful, Spacious Home

Had a wonderful stay in this clean, modern, spacious home. Check in/out was super easy. Host responded quickly to questions prior to stay and provided all the details needed for to access the property. Everything was clean and home had everything we needed. The dip pool was a nice feature.

Great times

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean and spacious just enough room for everyone. Neighbor was quiet and quiet. One thing I would suggest is ceiling fans to circulate the air.

Cute clean property

My daughter and I stayed for a weekend soccer tournament at Disney. Everything was clean and well maintained and we had no complaints.

he property was much farther from the theme parks than we expected—it was about an hour's drive away. The townhouse had no ceiling fans and no overhead lights in the bedrooms, only lamps. The mattresses were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.The host was very responsive, which we appreciated. However, one of the chairs in the townhouse was broken, and there was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms. The bathroom also lacked shelves or a shower caddy, so we had to keep our shampoo and soap on the floor.Overall, the property could benefit from better maintenance and a few upgrades to make guests more comfortable.

Thanks for your review i believe your main concerns were all addressed in the listing and that you unfortunately did not read it! We do very specifically show on the map where the house is located and the distance to the parks. Disney is 9 miles and Universal is 25 miles. Yes, if you are going back and forth to Universal it will take an hour especially busy times. But Disney currently as i type is 27 minutes from the home. We do make this clear and we also do not state that the home has ceiling fans, this too can be seen in the photos. There were no holes in the bedroom walls before you arrived so i will get this looked at and also if you had let us know about a broken chair we could have resolved this for you. Sorry you had to keep the shampoo on the shower floor

Clean and spacious

Nice, newer, spacious condo that was very clean. A little far driving to Disney with traffic if going multiple days as could be as much as 40 minutes. Close to many amenities though and nice to have not only the plunge pool which we chose not to heat but the other pools which are nice and heated for cooler days.

We are only the host for the home itself, and cannot control the Disney World tourist traffic at Spring Break which is of course going to be busy, the home is only 9 miles from Disney World. Even staying on site at Disney you still have a commute time to get into the parks, and of course staying at Disney itself is a lot more expensive for a much smaller space! Glad you loved the actual home!

Love This Property!!!

This Condo completely exceeded our expectations. Self check in process was easy and great! Property managers Matthew and Kate was very professional good with communicating and quick to respond with us through the Vrbo app. The Condo was very clean, beautifully decorated, spacious, nicely furnished, comfortable and well maintained. It had every possible accommodation we could imagine. The dip pool was wonderful and parking was right outside the front door. Highly recommend! We will definitely book this property again in the future!

Huge place!

The townhome is much larger than it looks in photos, especially the enormous master bedroom and spacious living room. It looks brand new inside and out. We enjoyed the screened in patio w/splash pool and appreciated the convenience of a parking spot right out front. It's in the middle of a residential subdivision, and it can take awhile to get back out to the main street and freeway access. However, there are grocery stores, restaurants, and a Wal-Mart not too far away. Overall a great stay.

Family vacation in Orlando area.

We had a great vacation visiting all the local parks around Orlando and Tampa. The location was perfect. It is a little ways to the parks but you are remote enough to easily access the local Publix and Walmart, if needed. The information in the listing is true, you are 9 miles from Magic Kingdom, but with Disney traffic it's actually about 30 minutes drive time. The neighborhood was nice and extremely quiet. The house itself was very clean and nice. However, the A/C cannot be set lower than 73F. So depending on where you are from, 73 is a bit warm. If you are going to put a cap like that, maybe a suggestion is to provide more fans.

Disney traffic in Spring Break is beyond our control and does apply to all homes in the Disney area. Most homes in this area limit the AC to 74 degrees, we allow it to go down to 73 degrees in the summer but in the winter we allow you to take it down to 70 degrees so please always reach out at the time so we can assist you. So glad you had a good stay and enjoyed the home!

Clean and Comfy

My number one priority in a vacation rental is cleanliness, and this two story townhouse was CLEAN! Beds were very comfy. Kitchen has limited cooking/baking equipment but plenty of dishware, drinkware, & flatware, a drip coffeemaker and an electric teapot. Starter hand soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, and dishwasher tabs were supplied. There's a Publix grocery store a mile north on Rte 27; tons of restaurants south on Rte 27 and east on Rte 192. Tip: if you're driving, bring a tabletop fan because there are no ceiling fans. A few minor maintenance issues and quirks, but all-in-all we spent a pleasant 2 weeks in this rental.

Glad you found the home so clean and comfortable, you did not actually communicate with us once through this whole booking and did not respond to our messages, so I was surprised to see that you felt this brand new home had a few minor issues - we do always ask that you contact us with any issues so that we can resolve them for you at the time, especially as we have still not heard from you what the concerns were to help other guests. Please, assist the host by always communicating with us any concerns so that we can actually help you to have the best stay possible. But we are very happy to hear that you found the home immaculately clean and comfortable and loved the location.

Modern Two Story Townhouse

The property had a modern decor. We would have given the rating a 5 but it lack a few amenities that we have experienced at other VRBO properties such as - ceiling fans since the temperature could not be set lower than 73 degrees; Beach/ pools towels - ; in February the sun was not on the dip pool so we used the community pool and saved the extra cost of heating the 9 x9 dip pool;master bedroom had a low profile bed with just a mattress and no box spring which was still very comfortable; even though there was high speed internet it only had Samsung TV channels and no regular cable so streaming accounts were necessary; as they stated please bring dish washing soap,hand and bath soap,paper towels and garage bags and facial tissue and toilet paper- only a few days supplied We had a great stay and the property managers were very responsive to any questions we had before and during our stay. Property is located in a quiet area nestled within a nice subdivision. They had plenty bath and hand towels and wash cloths. They also had a large stacked washer and dryer on the second floor. We would recommend it to others!

Thank you Tom, we are glad you had a good stay but we are sorry to see you took off a star for items that were made clear on the listing before you booked the home - we discussed that pool heat was required in Feb, the sun will not heat any pool in the winter months but you opted not to have it, we do not list the home as having cable but it has hundreds of free channels available plus Smart TV, as per the photos the home does not have ceiling fans but you can take the AC down to 71 degrees at this time of year so you were welcome to have the home cooler. Glad you found plenty of towels - guests are welcome to use these by the pool, which is why we do not add pool towels. Thanks for recommending the home!

Beds were awful. None of us got a decent night sleep in a week. Very modern, nice, very clean. Lots of rules (including no use of comforters). Zero items for us, no dish soap for example. That’s fine, I’ve stayed in 5 VRBOs and this one was the most limited. Place was very nice other than beds. Never had such uncomfortable beds at a rental.

Sorry you felt the beds were uncomfortable for you. Mattress choice and preferences are a very personal thing. You obviously have a totally different style at home you are used to sleeping On. What some people find firm, the next guest will find soft. The home is a few years old and so it all of the furniture. You are totally incorrect, we do not say anywhere not to use the comforters, why on earth would we say that!! We also make it very clear in the listing and the confirmation email we send guests what supplies are included within the rental. No dish soap is provided because we provide dishwasher tablets. We would love to give guests unlimited supplies but to do that we would have to increase the price, and if we do that we do not take any bookings. Orlando owners lose money on their homes due to the high competition and low rates, you paid $110 per night, which for a new 3 bedroom 3 bath luxury home with pool is phenomenal value vs a hotel. We give guests starter supplies to last 2-3 days, and we do state this clearly, it is a self catering property.

The house was very clean, kitchen well equipped, modern decor, closed to supermarket and restaurant.

Great for short and long vacation, great access to Disney pans other important locations. The house it self was excellent!

Beautiful home

I would highly recommend this condo. It has everything one needs, is especially well furnished, and was immaculate. There were only two of us, but this would be a great place for a large family and very close to Disney.
