Very Comfortable Stay

The home is very comfortable and in a nice location to use trains to get around to other towns. Our host greeted us and welcomed us with fresh eggs from her farm. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it especially for families.

We 2 couples, one from America and the other from Germany, so enjoyed our days in Claudia's home. The description of the home was accurate and we so enjoyed it all. The kitchen was well stocked with everything that we needed and it felt as if we were in our own homes. We appreciated the one downstairs bedroom as our friends had some mobility issues. My husband and I so enjoyed the spacious upstairs bedroom and bathroom. Very luxurious! The outside terrace was perfect to enjoy the nice sunny days.Claudia was quick to respond to our questions when booking and that process went smoothly, as was our departure. The location of the home was perfect for us as we took day trips to many of the surrounding villages and towns. It was fun to find a place to have our midday meal and do some sightseeing. It was a special place for the 4 of us to celebrate our many years of friendship and our special anniversaries! We made some wonderful memories and we appreciated having such a wonderful experience in Claudia's home, Thank you!

Amazing house and host!

The house was very well kept up, clean and we'll stocked. It was a wonderful place to call home base for a couple weeks. There was plenty of room for our whole group (8 of us) and my kids loved the toys that were kept in the house.

Beautiful House

The house was absolutely beautiful and the host did not spare on the details. It is perfect for a quiet family vacation. We were close to the U.S. military base which was perfect for visiting our son. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness.

Beautiful home outside Nuremberg

Very large house, well maintained and stocked including everything one could want in the kitchen and lots of books, games and toys for the kids. Short drive to groceries, right off the highway for easy access to everywhere around Nuremberg (downtown, Playmobile land, zoo, etc.) Absolutely recommend and would stay again.

Perfect place to stay

The whole house was wonderful with plenty of space to relax with family inside and outside. Kitchen is a bit tight but easy enough to work around for one or two people. Bathroom upstairs has plenty of space and a nice big soaking tub. The second living room upstairs was nice retreat as well. This was perfect for our final stay of our trip around Europe with our adult son.

A wonderful visit

Claudia was a fantastic host for us this summer. She met us at the house, showed us around, and left us with fresh eggs. The house felt like home to our family. As a a prior military family, we enjoyed being close to the town we lived in as well as a quick drive to the train station to visit Nuremberg. Thank you, Claudia, for giving us endless family memories. I would stay again in heartbeat!

Spacious, comfortable house

Lovely, spacious house conveniently located for our planned trips. Some difficulty figuring out how to work the dryer. Information in English would have been helpful. Otherwise a great value.

Very comfortable

Claudia met us at check-in and gave us the tour of the house. Very comfortable and well laid out home. It shows that the home was built and decorated it with lots of thought and love. It made us feel like we were at home. There is lots of space with comfortable furniture. The Kachelofen was an added plus during cold days and add some Christmas spirit while all the Christmas markets were cancelled. The host Claudia was extremely helpful in answering any questions and giving extra advice on local food choices during the pandemic. We will definitely stay there again. We took the train into Nuremberg; it was much easier than finding a parking space. Shopping is close by. It is about 15 minutes from the Bismarck Kaserne.
