It is new and a great place to relax. There is some green space for sitting on the porch and watching cars go by. The inside is relaxing and the colors are perfect for a Florida home. In true Florida style the house sits on a lot that is open. There is a gas grill outback so feel free to throw some meat on the grill. You are on vacation…no cooking indoors 😁No worries everyone issafe and friendly around here. If you want a true Florida experience to include outside relaxing on the carport, this place is for you. Great Indoor or outdoor option. The beach is 40 minutes away and Downtown is 20 minutes away. Trust your instincts and book this home, You will not be disappointed. Higher percentage of repeat customers for this home.

We have stayed here many times when in town to see family. We are always impressed with the consistency- same level of cleanliness, and comfort over the years. And we will be back again :-)

The house overall was spacious and very well decorated. However the cleanliness lacked severely. There were pizza boxes in the oven with pizza still in them. The floors were not cleaned. Swept or mopped. Dead bugs were everywhere. Human hair was present in sheets and towels.

Wow! I was not aware of your experience and will address this with the cleaning team. I wish I would have had an opportunity to address these issues during your stay. Any ‘extra’ items were available. Shower was great. Very clean. Even a few jigsaw puzzles to work. Very easy.

We were in Jacksonville for our Grandson's wedding and Mrs Freeman was wonderful. Everything was very clean and well kept. We had a great stay and highly recommend it.

We loved staying here. Beautiful and quiet. A few small issues with what was available but nothing we couldn’t fix.

Home away from home! I loved that they had everything you would possibly need in terms of shampoo, conditioner, body lotions, toilet paper, paper, paper plates, laundry detergent etc.... Makes it easier for a family with little kids. The house was beautiful. Very clean. Quiet neighborhood. The host was very friendly.

I stayed in a Airbnb a few years ago and fell in love with the idea of hosting people in the area I grew up in. I felt like I wanted others to experience a taste of true Florida living, which cannot be found in hotel.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Best location for freedom and privacy. The area of town is not over developed and great place to relax while getting away from the stress of city life. Also the house sits on 1/2 acer of land in front of a big family house. The people are super friendly and they love the idea of hosting guest. however, they will not bother you during your stay. They will give wave to be friendly....so please wave back. ;)
