We had a wonderful time vacationing in this home. We came for a sister’s trip and it was everything we expected and more. The location and views were amazing. Truly a wonderful place to stay.

Our family of (6 Adults, 4 children ages 4, 2, 1.5, 3 months old) had a great trip including some incredible visits by bears!

Very good host! Beautiful property. It had everything we needed for a family of 5. I would only like to mention as a guest that, like most properties in Gatlinburg, this one does have bears around. Do not feed the bears and keep your eyes peeled.

We had a nice relaxing 4 day getaway. We hardly left the cabin. The drive up to the cabin was very nerve racking for me but my husband had it all under control. The view is amazing and we had bear visitors first thing every morning. It was so cool! The arcade games brought back the magic of childhood and the jacuzzi was a nice bonus. The cabin was very homey feeling. Everything in the descriptions of this cabin is exactly what it says. If you’re one to watch tv while laying in bed, there are no tv’s available in the bedrooms to do so. Definitely not a deal breaker. We will definitely stay again if the opportunity arises!

Had a great time, cabin was perfect for our family. Wish we had stayed even longer there’s so much to do in Gatlinburg and cabin is close to it all. We would definitely come back and stay here again.

It was a great place and the owners were very responsive. One thing is please lock your car doors. We had a bear break into the car. Luckily he only took our snacks and didn't tear up the car.

Beautiful location! Great set up with bedroom on main level for grandparents, kids downstairs-loved the arcade game- and adults upstairs- with everyone having their own bathroom. Really enjoyed the hottub and firepit. Be aware the driveway is a tricky tight turn, especially if in a larger vehicle.

We had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely beautiful, and the hot tub was a perfect place to relax and take it all in. Check-in was quick and easy, and the cabin was very clean and well-maintained upon arrival.Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay. They responded quickly to any questions we had, making everything seamless and stress-free.Our only regret is that we didn’t have enough time to enjoy a fire in the fire pit, but that just gives us another reason to come back. We’ll definitely have to save that for next time! Overall, a great experience, and we would happily stay here again.

Overall stay was good! The cabin could use some updates and minor fixes at some point, but nothing that kept us from enjoying our time. The strict check-in/check-out time is perfectly fine, however; our experience upon arrival with the cleaning crew still on site was slightly frustrating. With that being said, there was a reason they were still there and we appreciate the fact that they were keeping up with their cleanliness standards. Only other thing worth mentioning is that the driveway would be very challenging with a large pickup truck or suv. Nothing wrong with the driveway, just not much room to navigate/get turned around.

Cabin was nice but the stairs and driveway were death traps. My 83 year old mother fell down the steps. Next time I need to make sure everything is handicap accessible.

Debby, we're sorry that you didn't book a property that is handicap accessible to meet your elderly parents' needs. These are choices that you must be responsible for when booking your reservation, not when you arrive at the property. If you had reached out to us with your specific needs at any time in the four months before your arrival, we would have recommended you select a different property that meets your needs. We also feel it is disingenuous to say the stairs are death traps; the entire deck on the front of the cabin, including the steps, were literally brand new as of two weeks before your arrival.
