This was the best VRBO property we've ever stayed at! Exactly as described. It's extremely clean, cozy, and has beautiful lighting and a comfy bed, and the kitchen has all the supplies you would need to cook your own meals. It instantly felt like home.

My Daughter and I had a great, relaxing time. Cabin was very clean and cozy. Beachfront was amazing and everyone was very nice.

We rented this cabin for a two night getaway, we chose this property due to its location near bike trails as well as the lake access was just a few steps from the beautiful deck and dock area. My husband and I had a wonderful time. We would definitely rent this cabin again in the future.

This is a gorgeous property and Nick and Jodi are wonderful hosts. The place is very cozy and there is plenty of room to stretch out. Beautiful outdoor spaces on the water with a private dock. There is a nice grill and outdoor eating area. The cabin has a retro vibe while having the modern trappings that matter: heat pumps and reverse osmosis filtered water. I look forward to my next stay.

We've rented a lot of homes through VRBO over the years, and this was our favorite! The pictures simply don't do it justice—it feels even more beautiful and welcoming in person. From the moment we walked in, it truly felt like a home, not just a vacation rental.The view was absolutely fantastic, and the entire place was impeccably clean. Unfortunately, we lost two days of outdoor activities because of the Canadian wildfire smoke and poor air quality, but we were more than happy to spend that time relaxing inside because the house was so comfortable.Jodi was wonderful to work with. Communication was quick, friendly, and easy from start to finish. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it!

We loved our stay at Nautical Nic’s. The lake views were beautiful, and the house was nice, clean, and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, yet not far from stores and restaurants. We would definitely recommend it and would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay at this house. The neighborhood was quiet, the house cozy and welcoming, and the lake views are spectacular. There was also wildlife to watch like sandhill cranes and swans.

Fabulous place!

We loved our stay here!! It feels quiet and remote but it’s conveniently located walking distance to a big Kroger and fun bar! And being right on the lake with a private dock is amazing!! We took the kayaks out and spent a ton of time just lounging. It was the perfect quiet lake getaway.

Once again Nautical Nic’s did NOT disappoint! We plan to come here every year for our mom’s getaway! They truly have thought of everything and even accommodated a few special requests. We are so lucky to have gotten the chance to relax at this delightful place!

Cute and Cozy!

The cottage was very well-appointed and included many amenities. The owners have generously thought of everything to make their renters comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back!
