Comfortable space to relax after a long hot day. Nice bed for a tall guy. AC was great. Kitchen well equipped to meet my needs. Fairly quiet neighborhood and easy access to I17.

Mountain retreat

Perfect for 1 or 2 people. Located about an hour north of Phoenix, so a visit to Grand Canyon or Sedona, can be easily done in a day.

This was our 3rd time staying here. Very clean. Rock Springs Cafe is less than 5 minutes away..delicious food, general store, and don't forget the Pie Shop next door! Bennies Pizza is about 2 blocks - within walking distance - with pizza, burgers, salads. Chilleens on 17 has very good food, also. There is a grocery store with basic needs & a dollar general - all within walking distance.

Great property and ditto surroundings

I stayed as I had a running race over the weekend. The property was awesome; clean, comfortable and easy access to beautiful trails all around. Will definitely come back.

Center of opportunities

Very comfortable and met our needs well as we could go North or South for many different options but plan on at least 1 to 2 hour commute for those opportunities. Great trip!

Family time!

Visited family in Black Canyon City. Two minute drive to their house from the condo. The condo was just like the pictures, very clean and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay and will use the Garrett’s for future visits with family!

Great place, very clean

We enjoyed our stay, it was perfect for our last minute trip. Check in was super easy! Only thing I didn't love was the motion light in the living room. Made sleeping on the couch a bit rough if you moved.

Remote but appropriate

We were in a lesser populated area of Arizona but we knew that going in. We were able to get to the places we wanred to see with ease.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay in this large 1 BR condo. Only drawback was i didnt realize i had booked a 2nd floor unit and the steps were steep for me. Husband had no trouble. Didnt use the kitchen, but a full size gas stove was available. Coffee maker and full size fridge, too. Heating and cooling was used and both worked great. Safe neighborhood and close to interstate. Garrett is easy to work with and responds quickly to inquiries. 5 star experience

Tenant issue

Other tenant was not very friendly and was mad because we were “jumping” above their room at 5:30 am. We were not jumping. I was taking my dog out to use to go potty. Property lacked good linens for bedding and bath. There were very few paper towels or any type of cleaning supplies.

We did receive comments from the guests below that they were noisy early but was settled quickly. We provide clean bath towels and wash cloths. Bedding is cleaned between every guest and has a full set that includes comforter, sheet, fitted sheet plus extras. Paper towels are restocked between every guest. We do not stock with many cleaning supplies because we don’t expect our guests to have to clean, that is our staffs job. We did not receive any of this feedback during their stay, as we would have provided solutions to this immediately if we were to become aware of it. We can always provide extras if notified and requested.
