Spend time at the relaxing newly renovated cottage on Meadowbrook Lake. Location is nearby Summit Metro Parks, Blossom Music Center, Sarah's Vineyard, downtown Hudson, Cuyahoga Falls, Front St. and more! Short distance from Brandywine and Boston Mills Ski Resorts.

This cottage features a beautiful view of the lake. If you are a nature lover, you will appreciate the many windows to enhance the view.

The home is short walking distance to the Meadowbrook Lake fishing dock, basketball courts, and playground.

The home owners were great to deal with. They communicated better than any other place we have stayed. The location was conveniently located near hiking and biking trails. The house is very clean and the layout was convenient, minus the dining table being on the opposite side of the house.

Very nice. Clean and had everything we needed. Close to a lot of restaurants, shopping and KSU. Evan was very responsive and a great host.

The couch is very uncomfortable. You may as well sit on the floor. Every move you make it squeaks and you sink right down in it. Also a lamp in the living room area would be nice. You don’t want to keep the overhead light on all evening.

This is a retaliatory review from a guest who broke house rules and was an absolute nightmare to host. It is rare for me to leave a negative review, but unfortunately this guest left me no choice. From the moment this guest arrived, they made numerous demands and communicated in a rude and confrontational manner. Their expectations were unrealistic, and they did not treat the property with respect. Future guests - please read all other reviews and note the property is listed accurately. Thanks!

The house was clean and well cared for and perfectly located for our trip to Cuyahoga Nat’l Park. Would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, clean place to stay within a short drive to many great trails for hiking and enjoying nature

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was spotless, everything felt new and well cared for, and it was very comfortable. Being right on the small lake made it so peaceful, and the neighborhood was quiet and lovely. The location was convenient and getting in and out was very easy. We were visiting our daughter while she works toward her doctorate at Kent State University, and this was the perfect spot for our trip. We would happily stay here again.

Great little house near cuyahoga valley national park

Great property in a very nice location! Loved being close to food amd shopping options but also close to Cuyahoga national park to get out into nature..

Convenient location

Clean property, very close to the national park and downtown Akron. Close by there is a park for the kids to play and a good amount of stores and food options within couple miles.

This home was located close to everything we wanted to see. Great neighborhood and a beautiful view of the lake! Evan was an awesome host and I highly recommend this property.

National park trip

We enjoyed our stay. We we went to the National park while we stayed here. Quiet area, nice and relaxing. All conveniences of home. Will stay again if we are back in area!

The stay here was great. The host communicated everything we needed to know and was very helpful. The house was very clean and was as depicted. The area was really nice and had a lot of things close by. I definitely recommend if you are looking to stay in the area.

The property was just as it appears in pictures. Clean, quiet, safe area, and easy to access. The host communicated well. The beds are very firm. There is a mildew smell that is strong when you arrive. You get used to it, but if you are sensitive to smells, you may want to go with another location.

Great location near the Metro Parks, Blossom Music Center, Sarah's Vineyard, Boston Mills and Brandywine Ski Resorts, shopping, and much more. Very suitable for a vacation/getaway spot, business trip, traveling healthcare workers, and anything in between!

One of the many things I love about this cottage is the many windows to enhance the views. Whether you are in the kitchen cooking, watching TV in the living room, eating dinner with the family in the dining area, or walking out of your room in the morning, you have great views of the lake!
