This property was well maintained and clean. When we reported an issue, the host was very quick to respond, and maintenance was called for immediately. Having kayaks available for exploration was an added bonus, and fishing off the dock was fun. Amenities were great.

Fantastic waterfront home with kayaks!

We had a wonderful stay at our waterfront retreat. House is lovely. We enjoyed kayaking in the canal and lounging in the backyard. House is close and convenient to all the Fort Lauderdale destinations. Thanks for a fantastic stay.

Hidden Gem Tropical Paradise

Wilton Manors is such a charming neighborhood, the area has some of the nicest landscaping, it is so lush and tropical. While being in the middle of everything the little three rivers island city area is quiet and friendly. Aided by the storm windows the house is so quiet, you hardly remember you are in a city when you look out and see the beautiful backyard. The house is exactly as pictured with comfortable couch and beds and plenty of towels. The kitchen is awesome providing everything you need to cook at home. We look forward to coming back!

The main room common space and patio were the highlights! The beds are very comfortable. The showers are powerful and warm. The home was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped.Edwin (property helper) was very polite and professional, and we appreciated the tasks he took care of.During the cold spell, hvac would not heat the unit beyond 65 degrees at its maximum after hours of being on. We realize cold spell is unusual though.Property management responsiveness was inconsistent.

Lovely home!

This home was beautiful inside and out! We enjoyed watching the iguanas on the dock, the birds and squirrels too! The flora around the house was amazing and very private. Inside, the house was a dream. The kitchen was amazing, large and very clean. The beds and bedding were comfortable and clean. The evenings were quiet and had no issues with neighbors or street noise. If I could have bought this home for a vacation home, I would. It is perfect in every way. Would absolutely stay again!

The kitchen was not stocked well. There were only two beach towels provided and bath towels were small and not good quality. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were old and flat. The couch in the living room was old and missing cushioning in arm rest. There was a broken towel bar in the bathroom and one of the closets was missing a knob to close it. The kitchen itself was redone and had a nice island.

A perfect tropical paradise

My husband and I stayed in this wonderful home for 2 months, during that time we hosted our parents and friends. The house is exactly like the photos with a great layout that fits 4 adults comfortably. It is incredibly quiet with comfortable beds, everyone slept extremely well. The kitchen is well stocked and a chefs dream with 2 sinks and nice appliances. The management company made everything really easy taking our trash cans to the curb 2x a week and even getting me extra cookie sheets over the holidays. The house is in a fantastic location near so many amazing restaurants and convenient shopping. The neighborhood is quiet with amazing landscaping, much like this house. The back yard is so peaceful and private, I loved watching the iguanas sunbathe on the dock! We look forward to coming back to this little slice of tropical paradise in Wilton Manors!

Beautiful waterfront home

This home is beautiful and very well maintained. It was on a canal and had a large outdoor seating area to enjoy the view. It was in an excellent location for us because it was near both of our family members that live in Fort Lauderdale. We will definitely stay there again. Also, the host always responded quickly to any of our needs.
