Two Bedroom/one bath downstairs apartment with option of pull out couch bed. Less than a mile from AT&T stadium. Minutes from Six Flags, Hurricane Harbor, Globe Life Stadium, Texas Live. Entire apartment is for guests and offers an affordable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. Full kitchen with basic pans/utensils provided. Smart TV (no cable) allows you to enjoy your favorite shows via your Netflix or Hulu account.

Check in is after 4pm, check out is 11am.

We will send all details including keypad code on day of check in at noon.
Wifi included.

Private parking available for two normal size cars in our lot off the street. Please ask prior to bringing additional vehicles, trailers, or moving trucks to ensure we have room to accomodate.

Our property is located less than one mile west of the AT&T stadium in an older neighborhood that locals are working to renovate. Please review the location prior to booking to ensure it fits your needs. We are within minutes of many attractions and University of Texas at Arlington.

Potential for noise due to being in the middle of a busy neighborhood in the metroplex - potential to hear other tenants as this is an apartment building. We do not allow pets, smoking, or drugs at any time. No events.

wknd getaway

got the job done for a quick weekend trip! the unit was decently clean, not exceptionally nice, but pretty accurately depicted online. we had a issue with the chain on the door, i reached out to the host and let them know- i didn’t hear back for approximately 24hrs, but maintenance came while we were gone and fixed it. It was remedied faster than they messaged me back, I just found it to be odd they entered without us knowing.Fairly priced for what it is and where it is located. It is close to a lot of stuff, but located right near a few questionable housing units.

Convenient location

Great deal for location

Perfect location between dallas and fort worth; we had plans in both cities. Being cowboys fans, it was great being so close to AT&T. the only thing i was missing was bedroom curtains.

Amazing stay in Arlington

Very nice and comfortable apartment equipped with everything you need. Jonathan is a great host and there when you need him, and available to give recommendations of restaurants and things to do in Arlington. We had a great stay and will definitely book again with Jonathan and Paula!

Great location

Property was in a great location for us. We were attending a conference up near the stadium. It was clean & had everything we needed. No issues accessing the property & if we didn’t see cars we would not have known there were neighbors

Take me out to the Ballpark

We had a great stay! The location was just right. We were able to take a nice walk to Texas Live. The walk was shaded and had a sidewalk for the entire trip. We checked out a couple of the property manager's restaurant recommendations and really enjoyed them House was nice, clean, and had cold ac. Would definitely recommend to stay here if you're coming to town for a sporting event

2 night stay

We had a busy weekend and needed somewhere to get some rest after our daily events. This rental was perfect and while we weren’t there most of the time and didn’t truly take advantage of the amenities provided, it had everything we would’ve needed if we were needing to cook. Very clean, and the memory foam beds were very comfortable, would definitely rent again!

Great location

We stayed here while visiting Six Flags. The location is perfect! So close to the stadium, the ball park and Six Flags. Also, there is a nearby Wal-Mart and Quiktrip for any necessities. The condo is exactly like it is pictured and the owners are great with communicating. It's in the back of the peoperty and we had no issues with noise. We look forward to staying here for more weekend getaways.

Amazing Weekend

Stayed at this cute location for 4 days ! Everything is super close by. Walmart less than 5 minutes , nice restaurants. 5 Blocks from AT&T Stadium. Easy access to 6 flags too. Super location & Quite. Like any Quad rental always request upstairs option. Everything was amazing. Stove , Fridge Microwave & Dishes all were in great conditions too.

Close to our activity

Clean and met our needs. First bedroom does not have it's own ac unit; had to leave other bedroom door open and fans on to get cold air to circulate into it. There is a pass through (small opening) to allow air to try to pass through, but was not enough. Happy for the ceiling fans! :)

Small Condo Great Location

My daughter and I went to Arlington to see Billy Joel and Stevie Nicks perform. The condo had a great location from the stadium and we were able to get $10 shuttle buses to the show. The location is conveniently located to bars and restaurants. The neighborhood isn't the best, but it is safe. Jonathan was not the greatest communicator . He was very responsive the day I booked, but he did miss a question that I had asked. When I emailed him requesting information about access to the apartment within the 24-hours of me being there, indicated that he would only give me access after 12:00 the day I was supposed to arrive. The condo itself was comfortable for two people but it's kind of old and a little dingy.

Questionable

The apartment is in a questionable neighborhood. It is close to everything though. We almost did not even get out of the car. Inside the apartment it is very small and very very bad condition. The aesthetics are very poor and unwelcoming. The old smokey odor was very unappealing. We stayed the first night due to not sure if we could find another place so late but then left the next day and moved to a hotel. I will say the owner was good about refunding us our money for the night we did not stay. The parking was good. I am not sure how this place received such good reviews before me.

Lacking standard items

The apartment had a stink to it that was related to sewer gas coming from the sink and possible leaky plumbing underneath the sink. Took me several days before I could figure out the source of the stink and may be coming from the dishwasher as well. Several items were lacking that made our stay below standards of what would expect in my own home. No toaster, small 6 inch fry pan for cooking, no rod in closet for hanging clothing and no dressers . Top of fridge was dusty and dust bunnies under beds. Overall properly is tired and old.

The unit needs maintenance. The bed in the 2nd bedroom had a broken leg that wasn’t fixed during the two nights we stayed. We informed the host the first night, but it wasn’t fixed by the 2nd night. Fortunately, there was a pull-out third bed, though the bedding didn’t fit securely on it. The tub faucet was barely held on with caulk, making it hard to pull up the shower knob. There were plenty of towels and washcloths, which was good. The coffee maker in the kitchen didn’t work - the water never made it up through the cartridge and into the cup. The host was fine when we could communicate, but they’re only available 8am-8pm. You could hear the people in the units above and next to this one. Fortunately, they weren’t up too early in the morning or too late at night. Easy parking - you’d need a car to stay there and get to places to eat. Arlington is nice, overall.
