This space is conveniently located in the Heart of Houston's Energy Corridor, where it's just minutes away from restaurants, activities, grocery stores, Memorial City Mall and many more shopping plazas. Our space provides everything you need to enjoy your stay!

This unit is a 2 bedroom 2 bath . The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a bathroom located inside the bedroom a spacious closet , it has a 55 inch tv,a private outdoor patio , and a fan. The second bed has a queen size bed, spacious closet ,a fan and the bathroom is outside of the room . The living room has a 55 inch tv and the tv has access to Netflix,Amazon prime , Hulu and HBO Max and access to a patio and High speed Wi-Fi . The kitchen is equip with stainless applies and have all of the cook ware and utensils to prepare a meal.

Spring Break in Houston

Rented this property because it was close to my daughter. Beautiful location and nice complex. Apartment is quiet and homey. Everything was as pictured. Apartment is in a gated complex and need a key fab to enter the gate. Parking at night was hard to come by close to the unit, but all the spaces but a few are covered. There are 2 patios, one off the kitchen nook and the other off the master. Master has king bed with memory foam mattress. Very comfy and marshmallow like. Very large walkin closet and nice sized bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a full bed with same marshmallow bed. Large walkin closet and nice sized bathroom across the hall. Living and both bedrooms have ceiling fans. Felt very safe here. Kitchen had all the tools needed to cook. Fridge even has an icemaker. Wash and dryer also in unit. Owner had all you need for laundry and the dishwasher. Mildred was very responsive to questions. Had a slight issue with the master bed, but she had someone over the next day to fix it. Perfect place to stay for the week while visiting my daughter who lives there. I will definitely book this unit again when we visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay at this home it was very clean super spacious and the two Garden tubs was it for me I would absolutely stay here again!!! Thank u sooooo much!!!
