Difficult Kitchen

The kitchen was limited things needed to cook. The pans were in bad shape and most were unusable. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes well. There were no chairs in the bedrooms making it difficult to put shoes on. The neighborhood was peaceful, but cars were parked too close to our driveway making it very difficult to drive the car in and out of the driveway. The grounds were clean.

a nice house in a good location

actually it was a nice house. The cleanliness was okay, but some things were a bit older and the sanitary area in particular could have been cleaned better. but most disappointing was that we had to pay a $125 fine because the first of 2 doors was locked. I'm not sure if it's our fault. In any case, it was then claimed that the lock had to be replaced. nonsense from my point of view, because after contacting us, 2 people came and simply unlocked the door. so 125 dollars for nothing. this action almost took the fun out of los angeles!

Thanks for the feedback. We appreciate all comments that will make sure our guest and future guest coming back. Our house rules do clearly inform all guest with how to secure the property. Our maintenance and cleaners are there at our disposal however after hours its a big inconvenience to get them out there at that time of night. Were glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay. Felt Like Home

It’s a very nice place to stay not the far away from stores and restaurants. It’s a very nice neighborhood. I would book again, it felt like home and a pool to relax with this warm weather. Thank you for letting us stay in your cozy and beautiful home.

Nice place

we had the pleasure of ending our 19 day long tour of this fine house. The house lived up to our expectations and especially the pool was great for kids. We had some small challenges when we arrived but George took care of them quickly and generally answered our questions quickly. We would definitely recommend the house to others as it is a quiet area
