Brand new and modern appartement at 3 minutes walking to the beach very ( only 2 units there so very private, quiet area )
one bedroom sejour and kitchen with all the equipment.
nice terace facing the beach and the ocean.
gated parking.
located in Anse Marcel in the french side in one of the nicest beach.
walking distance to restaurants, grocery , water sport.
perfect for a hideaway vacation.
then you have at 5 mn by car the bigger gocery store and shops.
for outside dinner orient baie or grand case at 5 mn also with ones of the best gastronomie restaurants.

Loved Loved loved this appartement, from start to end, very clean very nice and one of the best view you can think of . Stephanie and Tierry were very helpful and if you need anything, they were very quick to respond. Thank you Stephanie for this beautiful vacation.

Amazing view

This condo was very beautiful and the view was outstanding. We had everything we needed during our stay and our host was excellent.

Very spacious and clean. Air conditioning was working very well and very quiet also. The view was awesome, 1 minute from the beach, which offers both free and paid options. The bay is closed and repaired by the wind.

Perfectly WONDERFUL!

Sweeping views that are absolutely gorgeous, coupled with a new modern space with great amenities, the condo was heavenly! Peaceful, Quiet, with easy walking distance to the beach and restaurant options....and that view! Did I mention the view??....: )Stephanie met us as planned to go over the condo and was super sweet, helpful, and always responsive to questions. Stephanie is GREAT! We would definitely stay again when in St. Martin!

Amazing hill top location with breathtaking views.

The Condo is stunning ,classy, stylish and absolutely immaculate .The hosts Stephanie and Thierry are perfect hosts ,very helpful from the time of booking until we left. The views from the terrace are breathtaking, set in the hill tops of Anse Marcel,the area is relaxing and quiet with lovely restaurants, shops,beaches and walks with an abundance of flora and fauna. We had a perfect vacation and would highly recommend this Condo to everyone we will definitely be back . .We had the perfect vacation I would highly recommend this apartment you could not stay anywhere we will definitely be back.

Great Location & View, Private, Quiet, Clean

The property was accurately described and pictured in the listing. It was modern, private & quiet, clean, and had a great refreshing breeze. We loved the large terrace with ocean view and sofa. The location is conveniently close to grocery shopping and boulangerie, and to Grand Case. Stephanie was excellent to work with - very communicative and attentive. We would have appreciated a simple dining set on the terrace for more comfortable outdoor eating.

Beautiful but remote

This property is truly beautiful. It is airy and clean and tastefully decorated. The view from the deck is spectacular. It looks just as the pictures. Unfortunately for us it is also tricky to get to. The road to Anse Marcel is narrow with hairpin turns. The driveway to the condo is VERY steep. During our visit my husband was ill and I don’t drive so getting into the small shopping area nearby was a cardio workout coming back up the hill. The condo was well appointed with cooking utensils but there was no coffee or water available for guests which is particularly difficult if you arrive in the evening. Our host was responsive and kind.

good evening i know that your stay was disturb by your husband getting sick the island itself is a ride and i never hide it for anse marcel my daaughter has a nisssan march and not a problem to get from there to any place plus going walking to the grocery is 5 minutes not even need a car even for thee restaurant and to get to the beach i tried to do my best to help you and asking you if i could help of course this condo is not made for people in the conditions you got but i did not know and you neither i do not set coffee or water because of allergies problems and your plane was delayed so that is why i recommend you to go down below where a restaurant would host you for the first night or make it deliver hope your husband will get better stephanie

Absolutely Beautiful!!

We had a wonderful time and the owner Stephanie was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. Everything was clean and well decorated. We would have coffee on on the balcony each morning overlooking the beautiful ocean and marina. This place was so peaceful and quite. Enjoyed every moment!!

Excellent time in St. Martin and Anse Marcel

Stephanie is a very gracious and thoughtful host. The view from the patio is an vacation by itself. The spacious rooms felt luxurious and well appointed. We hope to return again in the future. I believe we were the first guess so I can only imagine the experience will get even better and we were pleased all around. Location for us was perfect as we spend most of our time in Orient Bay or Grand Case and Anse Marcel is in the middle.
