The condo was as described. They allowed us to check in early and offered late check out which was so nice! The dryer did stop working while we were there but they did come to look at it and unfortunately were unable to fix it but that’s beyond human control. We loved having the assigned parking spot and love shores of panama.

We rented in the first week of August. Room was great -- very clean and exactly as described. The 3rd bedroom/bunk room is a little small - only for kids. But overall it is a 10 out of 10. Also the property manager was very easy to work with.

Pool was good and not crowded at all! The hot tub was crowded, but with the cooler weather it was understandable! But people were nice and made room. The food at the poolside bar was good. The fries were soggy looking, but still were good. The condo was clean and spacious. Had everything we needed!

The room and property itself were both great. No complaints…The biggest complaint is about the elevator in the complex and how nearly impossible it is at times to fit… especially when pulling a wagon of beach stuff or a valet cart to check-in/out. Also.. the resort didn’t do a good job of monitoring the partying and associated noise (drunks in the hallway falling into your doors/windows, loud music all hours of the night - not the most pleasant for travelers with kids). BUT! The resort is beautiful. Great location. And no negative review towards the host or the room!

Perfect Family Getaway

This was a great rental with easy beach access, wonderful pool experience and beautiful view of the ocean all day and night. Our family had an amazing weekend and will be renting again very soon.

It was a nice stay. The place was close to everything. Elevators and parking never were an issue as I saw on other reviews. Nice views of pool and ocean. I would stay again

Room was clean and as advertised. Communication with Host was excellent throughout stay. Only two complaints, elevators and parking garage. Elevators- literally took nearly an hour for our family to get on with a stroller. Each elevator was overly packed and they only had 6 elevators for the entire property. At checkout after waiting over an hour for an elevator our family decided to split up and individually get on elevators one by one when room allowed. It still took nearly 30 additional minutes to get down. Parking- the garage is very narrow for traffic moving in and out and parking spaces are tight. Our condo advertised two parking spaces but only one was guaranteed. At one point one of our vehicles had to be parked down the road for additional money. Overall the condo was great. Pool was clean and amenities and staff were great. Highly recommend getting a condo below floor 11 so you can park on the same floor as your room to avoid a lot of elevator trouble.
