Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room and privacy.
This beautiful modern ranch house is sitting in 3 acres of land, great location! Is close to Jordan lake and also close to downtown apex
This house has everything you need for a nice stay. We have equipped the house with essentials you may need such as utensils and cooking pans cups and plates etc.
Bathrooms are also equipped with essentials such as shampoo, conditioner and body wash etc. The area is very safe and quiet.
Beautiful 1 story home very spacious with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and 1 game room is very spacious and convenient. We have 5 beds 4 full size 1 king size.
2 full size beds in each bedroom. In the master bedroom we have a big king size
bed. each bedroom has their own tv and desktop and chair.

3 full badrooms and a big kitchen and living room with reclining couches and a big smart tv we also have a game room with a hockey table that can also be a ping pong 🏓 table. and very spacious back yard with a propane firepit

Plenty or parking space! This house is sitting on 3 acres of land :)

Beautiful, excluded, and plenty of land, great location!

Went down to fish the local lakes with friends and we were totally impressed with the house, land and location. If we go back again I am going to try and get this location again.

Perfect Getaway

My husband and I came to the area for a disc golf tournament/anniversary trip. The house was perfect, quiet neighborhood, 15 minutes from anywhere we needed to go, very close to Raleigh as well. Apex was a great town with lots to do and see. We thoroughly enjoyed the outdoor patio, setting up a screen and using it as our movie room for the week. We would definitely return!

Lovely house

Lovely house and Mark the owner is really kind and very quick to respond to any queries. Everything is within easy driving distance with so many places to choose for shopping and walking. Had a great time.

Family wedding

Destination family wedding. Great place to rest and visit. Beautiful house and lovely back yard and porch. Host was “Johnny on the spot” if we needed anything or had questions. Would love to come again.

Friend Reunion

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this home. It was very clean, great amenities, close to downtown Apex, and a great backyard. The host was very responsive. Upon trying to use the fire pit, we realized that it was out of gas. I contacted the host and within a half hour, he had gas delivered!

Perfect house for UNC graduation weekend

Savannah’s Wedfing

What a fantastic house. Nice and roomy, comfortable beds, Fantastic kitchen counter with lots of stools. Large comfortable couch that sat the whole crew. Perfect backyard seating. It really is an exceptional vacation home. Hosts were very responsive to any need.

They’ve thought of everything

This is a very nice rental. Very clean and kept up. They’ve thought of everything, from makeup remover wipes, to a clothes steamer, to a warming rack for blankets! The yard is also well taken care of and very peaceful!

Beautiful Home with Accommodating Owners

We booked this place at the last minute after another house fell through. The owner was very accommodating and very responsive. The property is beautiful and the outdoor space was perfect for kids to run around and for outdoor games (cornhole, frisbee, football, etc…). Highly recommended. Thanks for everything.

Beautiful well kept house

Had a couple initial issues with the AC but they were tended to immediately. Awesome house. Met our needs perfectly while we were in town for a wedding. Highly recommend.

Well maintained and very roomy with lots of thoughtful extras; wine, coffee, game room, fire pit, extra linens. Only issues; sun easily penetrated drapes, bed descriptions incorrect (full size beds instead of queens)

Nice Stay

Everything was great!!! The trash was full outside so we had to leave all trash by back door!! We could not get propane to work...maybe it was empty!! House was cozy and spacious!!

Beautiful and So Peaceful !

We loved our stay here! The property was so beautiful and private. So many nice details were included, including nice linens, just no washcloths. My grandkids loved all the open outdoor space to roam, including visiting the horses across the street. The house sits so far off the road, the adults could relax while the little ones played ! It seems like your way out in the country, yet only a short drive away, like 10 minutes from tons of shopping. We really enjoyed our vacation here !

So Clean and We Loved the Layout!

I live nearby and rented this house for a get together with my life long best friends. The layout of the house was perfect for this type of event, as the kitchen and living room were centrally located and there was lots of comfortable seating. All areas of the house were meticulously cleaned before our arrival, and we were very comfortable there. The location is in the country and quiet, but only a couple of miles from downtown Apex and minutes from Cary, Raleigh, Chapel Hill, and Pittsboro. I highly recommend this property and will likely rent it again.

An enjoyable stay in a beautiful modern farmhouse

We were so pleased with the home and location. It is ideal for families. We had 3 teenagers who thoroughly enjoyed the game room and outdoor space. The grounds are lovely with large grassy areas surrounded by beautiful trees and perfect patio/grill/hammock areas. There was some construction beginning nearby but the location has enough outdoor space that it did not negatively impact our experience. Mark was very responsive and accommodating. Thank you! We definitely recommend this rental and will book again in the future!

Private and cozy

Convenient location set back off road for lots of quiet and privacy. Beautiful home and backyard. Attentive owner who responded quickly to a repair need we faced. One challenge for our group of adults only: listing states 4 queen beds. They are actually full/double beds. Not an issue if used for children but adult siblings and cousins could not sleep comfortably. With 2 extra couches, we figured it out!

Clean, Cute and Quiet

This was the perfect size for our group of 6. It was peaceful and quiet and our group (ages 50 to late teens) had a lot of fun playing air hockey and the arcade game. Couch was comfortable to relax on and the open concept kitchen/family room was great for everyone to stay connected. If I were going to complain about anything, I would have liked more dish towels available and another skillet/frying pan. Those are such small things compared to how great everything else is!
