INCREDIBLE!! This was one of the best rental experiences we have ever had. Everything about the process was smooth and easy, and the home was so beautiful, well maintained and outfitted. The views and stargazing were priceless!! Staying here enhanced our whole experience in Utah!

Really great property and host. Well located around major sightseeings and very good chances to do regular daily shopping nearby. Loved the chance to meet and pet the animals on the ranch. We would love to come back one day.

This place is beautiful inside and out! Jim and Julie are the perfect hosts. We were able to visit with their horses, goats and kittens. Everything you need is there. The night sky is stunning! This property was centrally located in relation to all we did. We visited Bryce Canyon, e-biked in Zion, Kayaked at Horseshoe Bend and UTV'd in the desert to Peekaboo Slot Canyon and the Great Chamber. Overall, I would say this is one of the best, if not the best, VRBO I've ever stayed in. 5 stars!!

Julie, and Jim have there place dialed. Also was fortunate enough to meet them, and you could not ask for better hosts! Extremely knowledgeable in the area, and very accommodating. 2nd stay.Wouldnt stay anywhere else in Kanab area!

Wonderful Trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Perfect size and space for our family and our girls loved visiting the animals each day. Great location, we took advantage and visited Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park and North Rim of Grand Canyon. Highly recommend and would stay at this location again in the future!

Amazing stay!

We had an amazing stay at the ranch. Julie and Jim (and Ayla!) are fantastic hosts. The house was so inviting and had everything we needed. The property is beautiful and the location was perfect for our trip and all the places we were able to visit - Bryce, Zion, Grand Canyon and so much more.

Amazing place to stay

We were 2 families with 4 kids, aged 10-16, and this place was amazing. Everyone had their own space and it was the perfect home base for exploring the area. It had everything we needed for stay. The hosts were very friendly and keep the place well stocked! Definitely recommend if you're in the area.

5 Stars All Around - Amazing Stay

We had a fantastic stay! Absolutely beautiful house and property with all the amenities. Gorgeous sun rises and sunsets, cliffs in the background and a great central location to the national parks of the area. Owners were fantastic! Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Beautiful place

We loved our stay at the ranch. Julie went above and beyond to make our stay at Christmas time so special. The ranch is very clean and inviting. Very close to the national parks. Wonderful stay. Highly recommend!! YouYou will not be disappointed

Perfect is the only word that fits our overall impression. The property was exactly as described and the hosts could not possibly have been more gracious. It was hard to leave, but grateful this is the property we selected for our visit to Kanab and surrounding areas. The animals on the property were a bonus and such a joy to see.

The best Vrbo we’ve stay in.

Super clean, equipped above and beyond expectations. It was quiet and a great place to come back to after a long day of UTV riding. The host was very friendly. Best experience!!

Red Mesa Ranch is the perfect location for visiting Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon and the Grand Canyon. The home was very clean. We really enjoyed the fresh eggs, coffee and snacks the host provided. The outdoor space was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. Jim and Julie are fantastic hosts, they are available for any questions but respect your privacy.Looking forward to coming back

Fabulous family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Julie & Jim’s. Their home is meticulously appointed and spotless. The beds were comfortable and the pantry/bathrooms were flush with all that we needed. We loved having the horses, dogs and goats to visit with. Highly recommend when in the area. Thank you for helping to make our vacation fabulous!!

Beautiful

This property is clean, well-maintained and has a stunning view. The owners provided personal touches like snacks and suggestions of things to do in the area. The horses, goats, and dogs were also fun to interact with and were an added bonus. I would definitely stay at this property again!

Our stay was SPECTACULAR!!!

This stay feels like your home not landing somewhere temporary. Hosts are very sweet, the home is very clean, beautifully themed decorations, and a great location right in the middle of all the national parks. Also, great things to sight see and hike in Kanab. We can’t say enough how nice it was and how much we thoroughly enjoyed this house. Your stay can make or break your experience of vacation and this one will not disappoint!

Fantastic Home!

Absolutely no issues. The home was spotless. Everything worked well. The linens and beds were great. The stars at night stole the show. We will absolutely stay here again if we are in the area.

Perfect location for national parks!!

We had the most incredible vacation! Julie and Jim were extremely accommodating! My kids absolutely loved the animals on the property! We spent multiple days hiking in Zion and Bryce. We also visited the north rim of the Grand Canyon, Horse Shoe bend, kayaked on Lake Powell and saw the Coral Pink Sand Dunes. The location of this property was perfect to acess all of these natural, beautiful areas!
