August in the Marche region

We had the good fortune to spend the whole month of August at Casa dei Amici. The house is wonderful. While its rustic character has been retained, the property is equipped with numerous modern conveniences. The kitchen which is large and beautiful, was a natural gathering place. The second floor with bedrooms and bathrooms is fully airconditioned and very comfortable. The infinity pool is spectacular. The surrounding areas and towns are quiet, but very beautiful. The Adriatic beaches are just a short ride away. The owner is very responsive and rapidly addressed any issue we brought to his attention. Overall, we had a magnificent experience.

Großzügig gemütliches Ferienhaus

Schon der freie Blick in die grünen Hügel der Marken bei der Ankunft verspricht Erholung. Und dieser Eindruck setzt sich fort wenn man das Haus betritt, großzügig und geschmackvoll, jedes Zimmer individuell gestaltet, auch bietet es genügend Raum, um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Und es ist ein belebtes Haus, keine sterile Urlauberherberge, man fühlt sich durch die Hausbesitzer willkommen da z.B. die Küche großzügig ausgestattet ist. Auch im Aussenbereich lässt es kaum Wünsche offen, ein großer Grill, Polster in windgeschützten Ecken und last not least der wunderbare Pool. Diese Urlaubsherberge ist jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Toller Urlaub im wunderschönen Haus in den Marken

Zwei Ehepaare aus Hamburg. Das schöne, großzügige Haus mit tollen Infinit Pool liegt nahe Apiro. Die Einrichtung mit der perfekten Küche und den schönen Schlafzimmern und Bädern ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Erholung. Selten ein so schönes und geschmackvolles Objekt gesehen. Der Blick vom Pool in die Landschaft ist einzigartig. Der Kontakt und Empfang war vorbildlich. Wer die Marken genießen möchte, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben.

Tolles Domizil

Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit ausreichend Platz zum gemütlichen Beisammensein und Möglichkeit, sich zurückzuziehen. Die Küche lässt es zu, mit mehreren Paaren zu kochen. Panoramablick ins Tal und auf die Berge. Swimming-Pool ganz neu und an drei Seiten umrahmt von Bäumen.

Sonne Pur, trotz Winterzeit!

Das Liebevoll eingerichtete Haus ist nicht nur ein Ort zum verweilen - es ist Urlaub pur. Das Haus ist noch schöner als jedes Foto es darstellen kann. Friedvoll-erdend und vor allem gemütlich. Die Ausflüge in die schönen Marken, machen zu jeder Jahreszeit sehr viel Spass. Wie lange muss man hier bleiben, bis das Gefühl einsetzt, dass man gerne auch wieder nach Hause möchte? Zwei Wochen haben leider nicht gereicht! Ein Ort, an dem man wahrlich geerdet wird: wir genossen in dieser phantastischen Landschaft von allen Dingen am meisten die Ruhe, sowie die Ursprünglichkeit der Umgebung und der Menschen. Die Freude mal wieder so einen prachtvollen Sternhimmel zu sehen und das alles, ohne auf den Komfort der Welt, die wir hinter uns gelassen hatten, verzichten zu müssen.

Schönes, geschmackvolles Casa mit einer bezaubernde Lage in den Marken bzw. Apiro.

Unser Urlaub war sehr erholsam und angenehm. Insbesondere haben wir die tolle Lage des Hauses mit eine unglaublichen Landblick sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alle Komfort was man sich wünscht. Insbesondere die Küche ist so ausgestattet, dass einem einfach nichts fehlt. Man merkt sofort, dass das Haus auch vom Vermieter gerne bewohnt wird und nicht nur zum FeWo Vermietung benutzt wird. Unsere Hostdame Alessanda hat uns sehr herzlich willkommen und war immer telefonisch zur Verfügung wenn man sie unbedingt gebraucht hat. Alle vier Zimmer welche wir benutzt haben waren sehr groß und sehr sauber. Die große Betten waren sehr bequem. Ich empfehle die Casa Amici mit guten Gewissens jeden der was außergewöhnliches sucht. Wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen.

two glorious weeks at Casa Amici

This followed upon an equally wonderful visit in July of last year. What more can be said when you visit a place twice within couple of mounts. The House was spacious (actually huge), beautifully appointed and very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with all things "kitchen", and my partner (who is a good cook) enjoyed preparing a few evening meals after shopping at the local supermarket. Fortunately, we were also able to enjoy a couple of Restaurant visits which were truly wonderful gourmet enjoyments. Casa dei Miei Amici is the perfect location for exploring area, hill towns like Apiro, Cupramontana, Cingoli which we again did. On this occasion, we also had a wonderful day trip for private wine tastings at three wineries in the surrounding region. But perhaps the highlight of this trip was our visit to the monthly antique fair in Gubio where we could purchase some amazing Art pieces at reasonable prices. And of course, we took relaxing walks in the beautiful countryside surrounding Casa dei Miei Amici and simply immersed ourselves in the wonder of the Marche. 2 GLORIOUS WEEKS! But not enough! Casa Amici is certainly a home of great charm!

Villaamici is certainly a home of great charm and fine taste. We enjoyed not only the taste but the comfort of the house as well- not to mention the amazing views from almost every room of the house. We also enjoyed the garden and the outside dining area very much; kept admiring the natural unspoilt beauty of the surrounding hillsides with its typical Italian farm houses. Once there, we felt like we had to force ourselves to leave the house, go out and explore the area. In fact, we were very happy just to walk to the local village(s) passing through the farms and vine graves, ending up at the farmers` market and the village wine coops. It was a wonderful feeling to taste the wine of the grapes we had just walked through and buy lovely cheese, sausages and veggies from the farmers` market or eat freshly baked bread/pizza in the village square. It was a real treat to end the day by cooking in Villaamici`s superbly well-equipped kitchen and sip our wine in front of that lovely fireplace. This area is definitely a walker`s paradise. As a keen walker and supporter of sustainable/ agro tourism, I felt very happy to spent two weeks at Villaamici . We found that this lovely house is also an excellent base to explore the area. We were able to take a number of day trips to various medieval towns, admiring traditional Italian architecture of each or some days ending up by the nearby seaside with dramatic coastline. I was also very happy to visit the wonderful city of Rome after a long time again and see the `cool` Bologna for the first time. Villaamici was just a right choice for us with its fantastic location surrounded by many cultural sites and natural parks to explore, yet beautifully unspoilt landscape to withdraw to. We would keenly recommend to anybody who seeks to break away from the mainstream tourism.

Noch nie haben wir einen derart entspannten Urlaub

Andreas und Sabine Lehsten Andreas und Sabine Lehsten aus Hamburg schrieb am April 10, 2017 um 1:29 pm: Eine erste Aprilwoche der Superlative: Elkes und Hakans Casa hat uns ganz in ihren Bann gezogen. Über Tag wanderten wir mit der noch milden Aprilsonne um das Haus und genossen die Schönheit und Weite der malerischen Landschaft. Wenn es kühler wurde, relaxten wir im ebenso stilvollen wie hochwertigen Interieur am knisternden Kaminfeuer. Beim Einkaufen in den umliegenden Dörfern erlebten wir "Italien pur" und entdeckten in ca. einstündiger Entfernung die schönsten Badebuchten, die wir je gesehen haben. Noch nie haben wir einen derart entspannten Urlaub erlebt, in dem wir die Großstadthektik vollständig hinter uns lassen konnten. Wir kommen wieder, keine Frage!
