Plenty of space, lovely tiled floor and bathroom/toilet, didn’t use the oven, or the washing machine, but was available if needed. Good location, number 2 bus from the old town ( Levante beach) dropped us off right outside the apartment building, had a very enjoyable stay,(one week)

We have stayed at this apartment a number of times and have never had any issues nor ever been disappointed.Short walk to the beach with a number of great restaurants in the area.

Le Cala a lovely place to stay

The appartment was fab ,so well equipped so spacious, the pictures dont really do it justice . We would definitely stay there again .

A great apartment, well maintained, providing excellent facilities with every thing you could need for a relaxing holiday.. Located in a quiet area very close to the Poniente beach, All shops, restaurants, supermarket within walking distant. Well maintained by the owner and his staff. We would stay there again.

This apartment is well positioned with a short walk to the beach. The apartment has just had air conditioning added, is clean & well maintained.We have stayed here multiple times over the years because it is a great place to relax.

Brilliant location

We really loved the location, couldn't have been better positioned. Apartment has been decorated to a high standard. Plenty of restaurants around which do really good food. Close to the beach. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a relaxing place to stay and do your own thing.

We had such a lovely relaxing holiday ,the appartment was a credit to the owner and his staff that maintain it. I loved the closeness to the beach, supermarket Pharmacy.Apartment was just lovely ,we will definitely going back for a return visit

Great Apartment, Great Location

Alfred was very helpful and Mascha, who met us, was lovely. The apartment was really well-equipped and had the most wonderful view of Poniente Beach. There was everything we wanted for our 9-night stay and the shopping trolley was ideal for our trips to Mercadonna

Lovely Apartment

My husband and I stayed in this apartment in January for a month. We were very happy there, nice and clean, modern, big comfy bed, we loved having our morning coffee looking out towards Peacock Island. On our arrival, a lovely lady called Alice came to meet us with the keys. We would definitely book this apartment again.

Second stay at this apartment

This was our second stay at this apartment and it was as good as the first time. It is very modern and clean, we stayed for 5 weeks and we had everything we needed there. The Mercodonna supermarket is only a ten-minute walk away, and the beach is on your doorstep. We hope to stay in this apartment again next year. Thank you Alfred and also Alice who was there to greet us with the keys.

Building works started

The day we started our stay building works commenced and therefore 5 days a week workers were drilling and banging 5+days of the week ,other than that we had a good stay

A dream in Benidorm

The housekeeper has taken us very nicely and is very nice and has shown us everything and informed about shopping. The apartment is a great gift for us !!!! A dream !!! It is beautifully decorated and every detail decorated with love and the sea view just heavenly. We will take good care of the apartment as if our own apartment would be even better. We thank you very much for the possibilities to spend our honeymoon here.

Estuve con mi pareja en Septiembre de 2017, el apartamento como tal esta bien preparado tiene de casi todo, le falta una cosa importante un buen aparato de aire acondicionado, el que tiene vale para poco, aparte de consumir muchos kw. El apartamento esta bien situado a unos 100 metros de la Playa de Poniente, pero en una calle que tiene bastante trafico desde muy temprano hasta horas tardias y no digo cuando viene un fin de semana entonces hay muchísimo ruido que se oye desde el apartamento, ya que tanto el único dormitorio que tiene y el salón estan abiertos a la terraza, la cual tiene un cerramiento antiguo de aluminio con unos vidrios sin cámara que no aísla nada por eso se oye tanto el ruido de la calle, aparte del calor que entra por la terraza que unido a que no hay un buen aparato de aire acondicionado muchos dias el calor era insoportable.

Obviamente está ocupado en Benidorm durante la temporada alta, sin embargo, nuestro apartamento está en el lado más tranquilo de la ciudad. La temperatura es alta en verano, abrimos las ventanas en la parte delantera y trasera, especialmente por la noche, luego hay un agradable flujo de aire a través de la casa. Por otra parte, hay un aire acondicionado móvil.

appartement tres beau ,belle vue sur la mer .Mais les stores exterieurs ne fonctionnent pas laissant le soleil chauffer les pieces Le ventilateur de salon ne fonctionne pas également La chambre ne peux pas etre isolée du reste des pieces ce qui fait que le climatiseur portable est inutile La temperature dans l'appartement était d'environ 30 degrés =beaucoup de difficultés pour récuperer la nuit

Merci beaucoup pour vos commentaires. Les stores extérieurs sont en cours de remplacement. Le ventilateur du salon a été réparé. Il y a également un ventilateur debout. Vous pouvez placer le climatiseur mobile dans la chambre à coucher et il rafraîchit largement. La chambre à coucher possède une ouverture qui vous permet de profiter de la vue sur la mer depuis votre lit. Les étés sont particulièrement chauds sur la Costa Blanca. Die perfekte Ferienwohnung für 2 Personen

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen 2 wöchigen Aufenthalt in einer Ferienwohnung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Sehr geschmackvoll, modern und funktionell eingerichtet, mit allem, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Das die Wohnung sehr sauber und gepflegt war, versteht sich von selbst. Wann immer es realisierbar ist, werden wir gerne wiederkommen.
