Great rental property

This rental property was an excellent location to the beach, dining and White Sands Outlet. It also has a wonderful layout for family together on the 2nd near the kitchen. I highly recommend this property for families.

Impressive House & Great Location

The house was recently upgrades with large kitchen and spacious rooms, very close the beach and pool across the street, highly recommend this house.

Destin Paradise

The property is amazing! Great view, great location, great amenities. Our family vacationed for a week in this home away from home. We can’t say enough to describe how incredible our stay was. This home has everything that you need at your fingertips. We will vacation here again!!

Great vacation house

We enjoyed our stay with multiple families in this house. We had all ages and the house was great for a meals with kids (at the bar) and adults (at the table). The set up of the house was perfect for us and we enjoyed the small community feel that came with this community in Destin. The beach was not crowded even though it was spring break and check in and check out was a breeze. We would definitely stay here again!

Very nice stay at Destiny by the Sea

Beautiful house. We enjoyed the large kitchen area which was great for preparing family meals. Proximity to the neighborhood pool was nice and a short stroll to the beach. Checking in and out was a breeze. All in all, one of the best values in Destiny by the Sea.

The property was wonderful and the community excellent. The only issue was we were not formed until late in the process that tents and canopies were not allowed by the HOA. IT ended up not being an issue as we were allowed to use our own chairs and rent an umbrella but that was an expense we did not anticipate. Also we were told parking for four. This is true if at least two vehicles are compact. Two small suvs were extremely tight in garage which prevented us from using the vehicles during our stay. Once the vehicles were in the garage they remained there until our departure as they were in accessible as was everything else in the garage.A more accurate description is parking for three. Other than these issues which we were able to work around it was a wonderful experience.

Property was amazing and perfect for our party of 12 ranging from age 3-63. Kitchen had everything you need and house was very spacious. Lots of stuff for the beach, chairs, beach toys, etc. Quiet neighborhood and short walk to beautiful beach

Very relaxing

The property was in a great location. Easy walk to the private beach and right across from the pool. We visited during spring break. This location allowed our older teens to walk and meet new people without staying on the main strip or heart of the parties. The neighborhood was quiet at 10 and the guards at the gate were always friendly. Would highly recommend!

This Home Lives up to its Name - Lavish Estate

Beautiful property that perfectly suited the needs of our family of 9. Location was very safe and a short walk to the beautiful beach. 3 levels means lots of stairs, but that provided some great exercise. Home was well appointed with just about everything necessary for cooking meals in and/ or barbecuing on the porch. Seating was comfortable, Wi-Fi was strong, and TV’s had plenty of channels. Great stay of a great property.

Luxurious Family Vacation

The home is very nice and decorated well. The living room and kitchen was big enough for all 13 of us. There is a beautiful view of the ocean from the 2nd and 3rd floor balcony. The private beach was my favorite amenity, because we didn’t have to fight the large holiday crowds for a good spot on the beach. I will definitely book this home again in the future.

Had a couple questions when we arrived, Vacation Haven answered right away. The whole place was very comfortable, clean and well taken care of. Excited to book our next trip back. I only stay in nice homes. Beautiful home, you will not be disappointed all things considered. DO this: Stock your kitchen better!!! I'm a chef. WIFI ? post the password on the fridge. You're welcome for the new coffee pot we bought you! Cheers....

I spoke to them before and during my stay. They were very helpful. Property was very clean and the location was great. We felt very safe there with small children. Destiny by the Sea is a very family orientated. Lavish Escape had everything and more that we needed. My children have already asked when can we book it for next summer. Will be back.

Great place

We loved the location and the house was as advertised. We had an issue when the air conditioner didn’t work the first night but they got some one to fix it next day and then had dishwasher issues that took a couple days to get fixed. I do believe they did their best to get those things fixed as soon as possible. My feedback to the owners is around the bracelets for the swimming pool and private beach. There is a $25 charge per lost bracelet that are required to be worn yet slip off in the ocean. We lost a couple as kids played and they are going to charge us for them. I reached out and thought it was unfair to require bracelets to prove HOA compliance only to have bracelets that come off and get lost in the ocean. Also, the bracelets cost around 15 cents per bracelet, but they will charge us $25 to replace. I thought maybe I’ll order 100 of them and send them to the owners so they don’t have to charge future renters. I think they need to come up with a better system so it doesn’t feel like a way to get more money from their guests. It is a premium property and that is reflected in price of the house, It feels grabby to then charge us $100 to replace bracelets that probably cost under $1 to replace. Ultimately the $100 is peanuts in the scheme of things, but it just feels off. I hope this feedback is helpful for the owners.
