property was clean and well maintained. we had to contact the property manager a couple of times to get all the codes straight but they were very responsive. (condo code, parking code and indoor pool and gym code were all different.) after the initial learning curve we were all set. there are 2 bikes in the storage unit we would’ve liked to use but they were chained together. we will be back. minor minor inconveniences but you can’t beat the location. we love hhi.

Enjoyed our stay

Seacrest is a great facility and nice to go not at peak season to fully appreciate it, definitely recommend spring time. The unit has comfortable beds and nice bathrooms and everything you need in the kitchen. Our family had a great vacation here.

Location location location

Took my sister, daughter and two friends to celebrate her 16th birthday. It was awesome being so close to everything!! The kids could walk across the parking lot to Coligny or it was a very short walk to the beach, like around the corner. Definitely going to stay here again!!

Very nice and location was perfect

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and had everything we needed with some extras. The wagon and beach toys and chairs were great as we planned to buy them when we got there but didn’t need to. Water pressure in the kitchen was very low but showers were fine. Location was perfect and right across from Coligny Plaza and right beside the beach access. Pools were great.

Property is well stocked with dishes and linens, plus lots of starter supplies (paper towels, laundry and dish detergents, etc.). Very good communication with property manager.We have stayed at this property over 10 times and this unit is smaller than most that we have rented. The bar stools and deck chairs are heavy and hard to move. The view is ok -- but was obstructed by scaffolding as there was work on the roof in progress. We were definitely disappointed that this work had not been disclosed at the time we booked the property.

Hi Lois, thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciated you staying with us. I'm not sure which units you stayed in the past, as most of the two bedrooms units are similar to this one at just over 1300 sq ft. As for the bar stools and deck chairs, we encounter a lot of on shore breezes being in an oceanfront location so that is why the chairs are heavier. As for the view, we were not aware of the pending construction until a week before your arrival so we would not have been able to advise you before you booked. That being said, I was surprised you decided to stay an additional day since you have expressed your disappointment with your stay. Thank you again for giving us the opportunity to serve you. We are sorry your visit did not meet your expectations. Overall the property continues to enjoy exceptional reviews and we hope to welcome you back in the future.

The unit was as described. I would stay here again. The location across from coligny plaza was the best thing. We walked across the street to go out to dinner!
