Our family stayed in this townhome in September to visit our daughter at aTm. We also went to a football game at Kyle Field. It made everything in town easily accessible for the weekend. The whole townhome was super cozy and very clean! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this to anyone that is looking for a comfortable place to stay while in Aggieland!

This place was in an ideal location, close to restaurants and main parts of college station. Also a very comfortable space to sleep- it’s a quiet area so no need to worry about it being loud around there! We’ll definitely come back here if we’re ever back in town, the hosts are very nice!

Absolutely seamless experience! So many personal touches that made it feel like home!! Stayed 10 days and wouldn't change a thing. Single female on her own ..extremely safe setting amd neighborhood. Aubrey is extremely accommodating and responsive in minutes. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

I had a little issue booking and Audrey was so helpful in getting it sorted out. From the start she was communicative and so nice! The property was easy to find, get into, and set up all comfy. Amenities were exactly what we needed for our short stay. I would definitely stay here again, or at any of this hosts properties.

Host great comms, took care of us. it’s an older apartment building somewhat renovated. good value for what you get, perhaps. could have been 10% cheaper as it priced out the same as some nice hotels.

Canore than 5 stars be given? We had a wonderful relaxing weekend, Best Host service ever. Everything was as shown in photos, clean, and well maintained.The coffee pot was not working and within 2 hours a new one was delivered and set up. We will definitely stay again if in the area.

The perfect Townhome

My mother, aunt, and I rented this beautiful townhome for our stay in Bryan for Texas A&M graduation and it was absolutely perfect! Great location, spacious, great TV’s, great couch, comfortable beds, and a cute kitchen with great coffee! The host was responsive and great to work with. I would definitely rent this place again.

Close to A&M!

Place was just as described! We had all the amenities we needed for our two night stay. We felt safe and secure in the location. Place is decorated very cute, beds were comfortable and was a great to have coffee and creamers available for use. Living room was spacious for us to have movie nights and communication before and during trip was impressive! Look forward to staying again!

Comfortable and convenient

Comfortable converted two bedroom apartment. Old property, but nicely updated unit. SUPER convenient to everything! Host was super easy to communicate with and entire process was simple.

Great experience! Was disappointed and not satisfied that they wouldn’t credit us back our un used day when our meetings ended early.

You booked your reservation with the most flexible cancellation policy which allows you to cancel or adjust your dates up to 7 days prior to your stay. As previously communicated, we were unable to refund you a nights booking when you left early the day of your booking. There was simply no time to clean and open up the property for a potential new booking. We hope you understand and consider the cancellation policy on your future bookings.

For those with accessibility needs: there is a step up and step down from living area to kitchen. Both bedrooms are upstairs. 1.5 baths - 1/2 bath off kitchen, full bath (with shower only) upstairs. Now for the real info - nice plush towels and wash clothes, shower has dispenser with shampoo/conditioner/body wash, and bathing mat provided for shower. King beds are comfortable, small bedside fans (found in closet) for those who need quiet noise for rest.Quiet older townhome. Parking is near door with a visitor space provided should you have a second vehicle. Fridge has an icemaker. Hangers in closet. Extra pillows, a blanket available in closet/ linen closet. Pet friendly floors! Walmart or Target just blocks away should you forget something. Take a drive to Old Town and explore the shops, grab fresh tamales from Granny’s Tamales - you won’t be disappointed! Santaland is nearby for winter seasonal night fun. This experience was like staying in a hotel - you won’t need to strip the beds, take out trash, or start laundry. They only ask for dishwasher to be started, Keyless entry makes checkin a breeze. Great communication with hosts and true southern hospitality was extended. Special thank you to Aubrey - she’s a peach!

Cute property - close to Texas A&M

Perfect for what we needed for my daughter’s graduation weekend. Loved that the unit was pet friendly and how close it was to Reed Arena (easy drive thru neighborhoods got us there in about 10 min). Property is newly remodeled, and layout is a little odd (kitchen area) but decor is nice. Kitchen has very basic supplies so don’t plan to cook. Luckily there are tons of great restaurants nearby. Would love to see more shelving, luggage racks, hooks in bathrooms, etc. so personal items didn’t end up on the floor. The owner was extremely accommodating and quick to reply, and we greatly appreciate that! Overall, we had a very nice stay at Oakwell.

Good location and easy process (but not 2 baths)

Very easy process with great communication. Just know that listing says 2 baths, when in reality, it is 1 full bath upstairs, and 1/2 bath downstairs (sink and toilet only) which means everyone will share the same shower upstairs. If that’s ok with you, then don’t hesitate to book! I would stay again
