Welcome to The Lodge at Grove, with million dollar best open water view on the lake! Private DOCK to fish/swim! Floor to ceiling windows for a panoramic view of the lake. This lodge-like home is beautifully appointed in very high-end lodge decor including log beds, bedroom furniture, and log dining table/chairs. Expansive deck for outdoor dining. Outdoor fire-pit is a great gathering time at night. Located in a beautifully manicured, upscale neighborhood. Let the vacation begin!

You will be able to relax in this stress-free lodge, which is appointed with the lodge-like feel with a huge bison head over the massive wood-burning fireplace, deer, ram, peacock, and bears. This lodge will remind you of the mountains in Utah or Colorado during summer and winter while overlooking Grand Lake. NO parties please.

Beautiful Lake View

Rented for the weekend and enjoyed the beautiful lake view from the upper deck. There were a few cleanliness issues, no lock on one of the back sliding doors or downstairs window but other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

We really enjoyed this property! View alone was amazing, but the basement area kept our kids entertained if we were not on the lake.

This is a cute rental that is in the process of being remodeled. The view of the lake is its best feature. If BBQing at the lake is on your agenda I would suggest you check to see if the BBQ's have been cleaned or updated. I would also advise you find out anything that might not be available to you such as down stairs bathroom due to the remodeling. You should ask that the air conditioner be turned on prior to your arrival and that the dryer is working.

Nice place

Nice place, please replace coffee machine, keeps turning off when brewing. Please let guests know beforehand when parts of the house are under remodeling. House is very nice and we liked it a lot

Very nice property

Great property. A bit close to the neighbors, but it was very quiet. Didn't catch any fish, so that was a bummer, but we got several nibbles. Enjoyed our mini-vacation!

Dream Getaway

The whole group enjoyed our stay here! Last 3 years we've tried 3 different houses along Grand Lake and this year this house was unanimously the top pick of the 3 we've stayed at! We didn't realize how much of a hike to the dock it was, but hey we got a good little workout in. We caught 4 6-7" hybrid striped bass off the dock and saw some nice crappie along the shore under the dock bridge in the mornings. The water under the dock was 40-42ft deep according to our range finder. There were 2 boat ramps to choose from that we could find. One small one by the low rise bridge near about 5 miles from the house and 5 bigger ramps in Grove called Wolf Creek. Wolf Creek wasn't much more of a drive and looked nicer so we opted for that one and got dinner in Grove while we were there. Plus more boat/jet ski driving back to the house.

Highly recommend!

This place was beautiful and perfect for our group of six! We were celebrating several birthdays and it was Great for our group of six women. Very spacious and beds for everyone, privacy for those that needed it, bathrooms were great. Want to stay here again! Glenna, the home owner was just fabulous. Great communication and Helpful

Great View, Spacious, Nice Neighborhood.

This property had plenty of room for us to be together as a group or to find a quiet corner to read. It is a very comfortable and inviting house. There were many things available to entertain us including yard games, kayaks, and a foosball table. We thourghly enjoyed the deck with plenty of comfortable seating and a fire feature for roasting marshmellows. The downstairs room is a bit crowded but can sleep quite a few people. It would be a great place for the kids to hang out. Lastly, the dock is large but difficult to access for anyone who has difficulty with stairs.
