Updated kitchen, master bedroom with king bed, loft with queen bed, and the den has a couch for the perfect nap. Bring your kayaks to cruise the canal, or go to beach and fly kites. Visit the near by Interpretive Center, hike close by trails. Or stay in and enjoy sitting on the deck watching the otters, blue heron, visiting deers, or roasting marshmallows in the fire pit. Nice get away

Very cute and in nice neighborhood. Only complaint well 2 there was broken glass all over deck on side of house and yard. The rug going in house had large pee stain from a oet not ours.

Quiet & Beautiful

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We spent most of our time in the Quinault Rainforest and in a town called Seabrook. But we liked this little area. There is a place down on the beach about a 15 minute drive where you can ride horses. That was a lovely experience and was 100% worth it. Everywhere else is a bit of a drive but I liked that we weren’t far from the beach. Not much else to do in this town but the house had all the amenities we needed for 4 women. It’s a nice quiet retreat for those looking to connect with Mother Nature. The host is very responsive as well. We will be coming back for sure!

Ocean Shores Getaway

We celebrated our 31st anniversary at this cute, cozy cottage. Was a little surprise that it needed some major TLC. The shower and bathroom sink did not drain well. The hot water tank in the bathroom was very loud, we could hear it in the bedroom all night. The sliding door was very hard to slide.

Super Weekend!

This little house is just perfect. Clean and super comfortable beds. Thats a big plus! Host was quick to answer all my questions. Quiet neighborhood. Loved it all.

Mount Olympus 2024

Property is well-located close to beaches, town, restaurants, and shopping. The deer and bear visitors were fun, and we enjoyed fishing off the dock. A few suggestions for improvement are offered: cleanliness of nooks and crannies could be taken up a notch. Toilet is very low for tall people or those with joint replacements. Supplies left were inadequate for a foyr week stay.Bathroom sink drains are very slow. peiop

Felt like home

Coming back for third time

Great property with a nice deck and a dock that we used daily for our happy hour. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. It’s not often to find a king bed that is comfortable for my 6’4” husband. It’s a short distance to beach or downtown.

Quiet get away

Nice little place to relax. Beds are comfy. It was a bit warm inside but okay if you open all the doors. Wish the screen door wouldn't have fallen off right away but we made it work.

Bright Cherry House Review

The property has a great setting. House needs some maintenance work (e.g. the slider from dining area to outside deck has a unusable, failed sliding screen. The on-line description indicate an "EV Charger" on site which is not true. What may be thought as a EV charger outlet, in fact is only a 240v outlet. An EV charger provide DC voltage output - this is false advertising. We were hoping to plug in our PHEV on this trip. We have both a electric plug-in (PHEV) and an all EV and are very familiar with vehicle charging details.

Relaxing getaway

This was our second time staying at this property. Great location, very close to beach and Damon Point. Quiet neighborhood. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped. If you stand outside on the deck at dusk, you'll likely hear a great horned owl calling. Also, lots of wildlife around the canal. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect!

The home was clean, well stocked, and is an amazing location. Sitting at the water’s edge I watched ducks, birds fly by, and a few otters swimming by. The owner replied quickly and friendly to any questions. A perfect OS home.

Lovely Waterfront Cabin

The home looked exactly like the photos and was more than enough room for the two of us. We enjoyed watching the sunset, the ducks swimming in the canal, and more than anything the many deer visits made for a magical stay. We don’t see much of that back home in Hawai’i! The place was immaculate and the board game collection was a pleasant surprise. The home was also a very short drive from all the restaurants and such in town. Lovely place overall.

Slightly over-rated based 4.9 stars

A comfortable place to stay compared to a hotel if you have a dog. A very nice vantage overlooking the canal and a short distance to Point Brown beach. One bathroom is fine as long as you don't have more than 2 people. The beds were clean & comfortable. The furniture is lower quality & there are quite a few items in/around the home that are on the verge of breaking. No problem what-so-ever with the owner & the book they put together is very helpful. Overall, it was a nice place to stay for a few days, but this is definitely not for the most discriminating/high-end clients. I would rate the location on the canal @ 4.9 but the house is 2.9 so combined, I think 3.9 is a more reasonable rating.
