Host was extremely responsive. Check-out process was very simple. Very quiet neighborhood. Loved the front deck with comfortable Adirondack chairs. Although we couldn't use the driveway, was able to find street parking in front of the house each day/night. Very clean.

The beds were comfortable, the property was very clean and well maintained, the bathrooms were excellent and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils. We loved our time there.

Winter Stay

The host was very welcoming and super responsive. The house was incredibly clean and light and bright. We enjoyed the location of the house and had a wonderful stay.

Excellent Stay in St Paul, Minnesota

This home was clean, uncluttered and had all the essentials. We had a relaxing fun family vacation. I would highly recommend this property.

Marathon weekend

We stayed for a few days surrounding the TC marathon weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house. Perfect, quiet, walkable location. Will stay again.

Perfection in St. Paul

Spring Break 2024

We enjoyed our stay at Beanhouse. It was clean and comfortable. We toured Macalester College and loved the house and the neighborhood. Well definitely stay again.

Lovely place

We came to visit a local college and had a lovely stay. The house is very nicely maintained had everything we needed, and the kitchen was stocked way better than many houses we’ve rented. The neighborhood is really Quiet with lovely neighbors. And we hope to stay there again.

Graduation Trip

Grandparents celebrating grandson’s grad from high school. The VRBO was perfect. All the comforts of home. Close to family and multiple conveniences and activities.

Wonderful house in a beautiful neighborhood! Everything that would be needed in the kitchen was provided, and having a bathroom on each floor was great. Location was perfect for our family, with so many places a quick walk or ride away. Michael, the host, was quick to communicate, and left very thorough instructions/information about the house and surrounding area. We loved it!

Spacious and clean

We stayed here a few days during construction at our home nearby, so I knew it is well located in St Paul. The home has tons of charm with modern updates and is spacious and very clean! We appreciated the coffee beans and beer available to us :)

Nice place

I’d stay here again. Clean, uncluttered, nice bed linens, 5 blocks from Whole Foods, Luminary coffee shop with organic coffee and great cinnamon rolls. If only Minnesota had some sun!! All gloomy days when we were there.

Cut house in St Paul

Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from Loyola. Was about .7 miles from campus, so it is walkable. Cute house in a quiet neighborhood. Plenty of parking in front of the house.

Great house in a great location!

This is an immaculate, beautiful, historic home, and the area was perfect for us to visit our college student at St Thomas, walk to restaurants, and go for runs on Summit Ave. I had some issues with the VRBO site when booking, and the host, Michael, could not have been nicer or more patient as we worked out a solution together. A lovely experience!

Lovely Neighborhood & Location

Great location and had everything we needed. Communication was timely. We felt like we lived there and really enjoyed our time on the porch watching the leaves fall. Great table to play cards and relax in the evening. Filtered water in the fridge was nice too. You can even walk to good restaurants. So happy we stayed here!
