Everything was amazing. Our host was so great to work with. He checked on us by text throughout the weekend to make sure we didn't need anything. The house was clean and well stocked. We didn't want for anything. And the pictures on the site do not do the property justice. 10/10

Perfect large home with beautiful views. Very quiet and peaceful, has everything we needed for a weekend away. The host was very communicative, made everything easy for us! Highly recommend this house.

Annual extended family Memorial Day get together. Despite rainy weather we had an amazing time. The house was large, comfortable, and full of character. We enjoyed hanging out around the courtyard and watching the birds and even saw 2 lemurs! Inside the game room was amazing for darts, poker, ping pong and more.River was lovely and very private. Kids of all ages enjoyed the rope swing. We hope to return soon!

This place was everything and more! It was the perfect place to host our large family gathering. It’s spacious, the property is beautiful and has private access to Medina River. The rooms were also very comfortable. Alan was so friendly and accommodated our needs quickly. If you are looking for a space to host large or small event, family reunion, birthday party, or even just have this beautiful property to yourself, then this is the place for you!

Loved the place. We had a large group of people and it accommodated everyone. The common room in the main house was perfect. Definitely a lot of memories were made this weekend.

We had a group of 16 women here for a church retreat. The space was awesome. Wonderful areas for small groups and individual reflection. Bedroom spaces were well appointed. The two kitchens served us well and had everything we needed. Gameroom was large enough to hold all 16 of us for nightly meetings. Property was beautiful and the river access was a plus. Alan was a great host, extremely kind and responsive. Would highly recommend for large groups.

Great Place & Host

We enjoyed our stay. There is plenty of room and a great amenities. Swimming in the river was especially relaxing. Host was accommodating and responsive.

We had 4 generations together - 8 week old baby to 88 yr old great grandmother and it meant our needs perfectly. We live the dual kitchens, large living room and access to to the beautiful Medina River. Out door fireplace was a huge hit as well.

Plenty of room and it’s all clean. Comfy beds, ceiling fans, nice towels, intriguing decor, lots of areas for small groups, and beautiful grounds. Great attention to detail. Plus private access to the river. Would be great for a church retreat, wedding venue, etc. Highly recommend.

Amazing

The property was amazing. Lots of room and spacious outside to hang and play games. Alan was great to work with and it looks like this will be our place of choice when we all come back. Had a great time.

This place is awesome! Lots of room to spread out, enjoy your time outside or inside. There’s plenty to do and town is just 5 minutes down the road and has everything you need if you forgot something or if you want to grab a bite.

Family Getaway

Wonderful property with lots of space for all to enjoy. The history of the property is pretty cool to. The access to the river was beautiful - just hope next trip we have water! Pray for Rain :)
