This large (1250sq ft) condo is perfect for families looking for some space to enjoy family time together. The condo has three great spacious bedrooms and a large dining room table to seat the whole family. Bottom floor condo is great so you don’t have to climb stairs. The condo is located 5 minutes to amazing restaurants and a theme park, and a close drive to the beautiful Alabama/Florida beaches.

This was the perfect place to stay for our trip to foley for our softball World Series. Close to a lot of food places, shopping and a Walmart. Was close to the ballparks as well. The pool was closed during our stay -no fault to the owner. The home was clean and was perfect

this was a great place to stay. Close to everything you would ever want to do in the area. David, the host was SO responsive. I didn't need much because everything was taken care of but when I asked any question he answered right away! So appreciated!

Great host!

Our host was great; quick to respond and helpful. The condo was perfect for our family; and a close drive to the foley sports complex as we were staying for a softball tournament.

Great stay

Very clean and owner was very accommodating tonus checking in a little earlier than expected. The condo was very clean and updated. Definitely would stay here again.

Perfect Stay

Needed a place for two nights for a youth basketball tournament. This was perfect location to beaches, facilities, and shopping. Will definitely book again.

Convenient location

Great location with easy access to all shops and restaurants. Easy check in. Beds were comfortable, sheets were soft. Lots of games for the family to enjoy.

Great stay

This was a nice place, lots of sleeping space and convenient to shopping and restaurants. Property owner was great. Communicated well. Check in and check out was easy. Very glad we stayed and would stay again.

The condo was perfect for us. We needed something on the ground floor but still wanted to be within a few miles of the beach. It was clean and perfect in size for us. It was close to Tanger Outlet and a Walmart just around the corner. Several restaurants nearby, Lambert's is one of our favorites.My only suggestion is with previous bookings through VRBO I typically get an email a day or two before with address, unit number, door access code, and any other instructions. I didn't receive anything until day of. It was a text message for the access code for the door. So, we were confused about what unit number we were in. The owner was easy to get ahold of, and we got the issue solved quickly. I would just suggest maybe sending an email with instructions a day or two before arrival.

Close to Everything!!!

Great location!!! Very clean Love the easy access…ground floor !! Only thing missing was hair dryer Cleaning lady very nice …Host was so kind to contact us when our grandson left his backpack under the covers …:) Baseball parks very close Will visit again …:)

Park Ave Condo -

Check in was easy, great communication with owner, condo was as pictured, comfortable bed, Everything is there that you might need, games for kids Location was close to all that Foley offers, as well as grocery stores, and close to our favorite , Fish River Grill !! Quiet at night, loved the screened in porch for morning coffee ! Would definitely stay again !
