A very pleasant welcome and well-equipped comfortable apartment. Perfect for a visit to Dublin while staying a bit out of the city.We loved it!

Laundry on site, easy to travel around from the location, fantastic hosts and employee(kind, attentive, flexible, problem solvers), quiet but close to town, relaxing and plenty of parking.

Great place to stay. It was great to walk through their forest on the property. Eva was very friendly on our arrival and so was the farm cat that my girls loved. Very clean. We enjoyed our two nights there.

Great Stay

We had a great stay here. The place was clean and the beds were comfortable. The host is very welcoming and made us feel at home. Wish we had more time to spend in the area then we did.

Relaxing stay in the countryside

We had a wonderful stay at the cottage — it had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing visit. The location was perfect: surrounded by beautiful countryside, yet with quiet, traffic-free roads that made getting to our daily destinations easy and stress-free. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!

Cowshed

We loved everything about our stay here and will definitely be back next time we are in Dublin. So close to the city but far enough out to feel years away from the hustle and bustle.

The Cow Shed was perfect for two couples. Loved the forest paths Eva was right there if we needed any advice. Great spot

The hosts were very gracious and or little one enjoyed walking around the woods and getting to see a few animals. Very nice that they had a travel crib and a highchair for us to use. Ashebourne had a surprising amount of restaurants for takeout and easy access to Dublin/the airport with a rental car.

5-Star Stay!

This charming cottage (the Cowshed) is in a very quiet and convenient location in Meath. The accommodations were as shown, and we had a very comfortable two-day stay. There's a beautiful forest in the back that you can wander through, and the communication with the Hosts was fantastic. I would definitely stay at the Duffy's Ballabin again.

Great stay

Nice 2 bedroom stay with a view.. sheep and lambs out the back door. Great distance from Dublin, not too far but enough for a quiet night of sleep during St Patricks weekend. Kitchen had all we needed and the welcome goods were nice. Host was understanding with time change/dates misstep on my part.

Lovely Farm Stay

A wonderful place for families! Sheep right outside the door and lots of places to take the kids on walks. Eva was a lovely help and provided high chair. Thank you for the bread, butter, tea, coffee, juice, and milk upon arrival!
