Wake up steps from the water and a quiet morning enjoying coffee or tea on the dock. Spend evenings around the fire pit overlooking the river. This private waterfront retreat features a dock for fishing, a large yard for relaxing, and easy access to Branson entertainment just 20 minutes away. The dock is ideal for fishing and relaxing by the water. Due to natural vegetation along the shoreline, swimming is not recommended.

My family stayed there for a wedding weekend and it was a very pleasant. Plenty of room, looks recently renovated on the inside. Would stay there again without hesitation!

A great place to stay for a little get away! House had everything we needed and plenty of space. The dock and fire pit were an added bonus.

Recommend staying here if you want to be away from noise and traffic in Branson. Really enjoyed sitting in the rocking chairs on back porch and watching and listening to the geese and songbirds.

Seriously loved this place. I have stayed in several places over the years, but this one absolutely has been the best. Loved the house, and all of the simple but yet extremely handy things thought of. Also Doc was very helpful as to what to use for fishing and how to rig it made my life so much easier. Brought our kids and they had a blast and enjoyed the fishing as well.we will definitely be returning soon.

Kitchen/Dining are downstairs in walkout basement that might be a problem for someone with limited mobility. Otherwise, it is a lovely property.

The home was clean and had everything we needed. Our family from out of state used the master suite, we slept in the room on the lower level and let me tell you, It was the best nights sleep ever. My favorite part was drinking coffee on the dock each morning. Very peaceful home!

Host was great and communicated very well. The room that was a sunroom is hot and no door which ended up not being a problem as another couple had to cancel. The hall bathroom upstairs needs a mat in front of shower as the floor is slick. Stayed cool even when it was very hot! Lake is really back water, we caught fish but it isn't the main channel.

Plenty of room, great layout and exceptionally clean. The back deck was very nice with a lovely view. Very quiet and peaceful watching the geese in the back yard. My little ones enjoyed doing a little fishing from the dock. The host had nice touches through out the house for our stay. Great location close enough to anything you want but far enough away from the rush of it all.My only suggestion would be is to add some outdoor lighting on the back to extend the evening. Would definitely book again!!!

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

I have never been to Rockaway Beach let alone Missouri, except to my cousins reception in St. Louis. I found this place per chance on the internet and we bought it sight unseen except for the listing. Best decision ever made.

From the moment we saw the beautiful views from the sunroom over looking the covered patio and fishing dock. As we say in fishing we were hooked!
