Known for its convenient location in Whistler Village North as well as world-class amenities, you can be sure to have the best mountain holiday at the Alpenglow. Enjoy the year-round hot tub, pool, sauna, steam room and fitness facilities when you stay with us. Located just off of the main street, this unit faces the mountains and is located on the quiet side of the building. This keeps you close to all the action of Whistler Village but tucked away enough from the noise. Groceries, shops, restaurants and the gondola are all within walking distance.
THE LAYOUT
This unit sleeps 4 guests comfortably with a Queen bed in the bedroom combined with a pull-out couch in the living room. A 3 piece ensuite bathroom (shower/tub combo) is an added luxury if you desire a soak after a long day on the hill.
Equipped with a FULL kitchen stocked with cooking basics, WIFI, TV, Fireplace, Netflix (you must sign in into your own accounts) and Amazon Prime included; you`ll never want to leave! Find comfort and peace while looking out into nature from the balcony with your cup of coffee. Enjoy luxury and convenience when you stay with us!
PARKING
Parking is $25 for 24 hours for each vehicle by the underground parking in the building. Need the common area code to get into the garage.
Guests must register their vehicle at the front desk upon arrival. Staff will explain rules, collect payment, and issue a parking voucher to display on the dashboard. This improves parkade management and eliminates third-party app fees.
Parking is monitored multiple times a day and vehicles not registered will be ticketed.
POOL AND HOT TUB
The Alpenglow Lodge Pool and hot tub are year-round, heated, and outdoors.
SECURE BIKE AND SKI STORAGE
Staying at the Alpenglow Lodge comes with the ultimate convenience: secure ski and bike storage right in the building. Rest easy knowing your bikes or ski equipment are safely secured right where you are staying.
LAUNDRY
There are coin-operated laundry facilities available for your use in the building
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Please note that the air conditioning is in the bedroom only.
Any stay over 14 nights will result in a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $105.00 charged to the guest on top of the cleaning fee paid on reservation.
This entire property is NON SMOKING.
We provide a complimentary starter set of basic toiletries & coffee/tea. Guests will need to purchase or bring their own if they need more than what`s supplied.
If amenities like the pool, hot tub, sauna, or ski-in/ski-out access aren`t available during your stay due to circumstances beyond our control (such as but not limited to repair, maintenance and weather conditions), we cannot be held responsible.
Parking is to be paid for via HONK.
There are QR codes set up throughout the parkade, as well as at the front desk which will direct guests to pay for their parking.
No App is required to do this as the QR code will connect you with the parking site directly. Payment can also be made via the HONK App (Zone 3522).
