This was a fabulous home! Perfect experience for our family. The house is beautiful and very cozy. The deck and screened in porch were great, and we enjoyed grilling during a beautiful week of weather. The star was the easy access to Boon Bay along with kayaks and paddle boards! Bedrooms were very comfortable and quiet. Instructions were clear and supplies were abundant. Thanks so much!

Post Labor Day Vacation

Very nice property and great location. Wished it were right on the water but less than 2 minute walk was no problem. Great sand beach for my grand daughter to play on.

Property was perfect for a family vacation. The home was larger that expected, clean and beautifully furnished. The outdoor deck was utilized everyday with its gas firepit. Make sure you oack bug spray, the home is in the woods.The beach area is clean and has many picnic tables to bring snacks and drinks. Would highly recommend this home, look forward to coming back.

Family trip

Plenty of space for our larger group. Very quiet neighborhood. The beach was perfect for our baby granddaughter. The kayaks, paddle boards, etc were great to have on property. Michelle is excellent and extremely responsive

7 adults had a great time at lovely property

The space in this house is great for up to 8 adults sharing a holiday. Bedrooms are immaculate and bathrooms well appointed. Lots of towels. We used both the game/tv room and the upstairs living area. Kitchen was a joy to cook in and easy to clean up. Due to weather, we really never used the outside areas but as long as you have bug spray, you will probably enjoy it.

This is a GEM of a property. The property is CLEAN on the inside - like your kids can roll around on the floor and not be worried clean. Even under the beds is CLEAN. I am a clean freak and this is important to me. I was very impressed. If I am honest the outside could use a good pressure spray, but the outside did not matter much to me. Things that worked for us:*Plenty of space for 2 families to separate. My bother/SIL and their kids took the bottom floor with the queen bed/bunk beds. Then my father, husband and I occupied the upstairs. They sleep in late, we do not. So it was perfect since the kitchen was on the second floor. 4 bathrooms were amazing - enough for everyone to have their own and extra for quick trips. The kitchen had every item we needed. The fridge was CLEAN! They had many items left by other folks which was nice if you were looking for a certain spice. They provided marshmallows, chocolate and graham crackers - which I thought was especially nice.The beach is pristine for a lake beach. It is about a 2 minute walk from the house. The water is clear and I could see to the bottom well over 5 feet out. At most there were 10 people with us at the beach and that was on the weekend. During the week, it was mostly just us. Most people around this house own, so there are next to no additional renters.Michelle is wonderful as a property manager. She answered all of my questions in a timely manner and provided many suggestions.

Better than we could have imagined

We had a perfect week at the Lake. The house was clean, spacious, well equipped and an easy walk to the beautiful private beach and bay. We throughly enjoyed using the SUPs! The property manager couldn’t have been easier to communicate with. Our stay was fun, easy and relaxing. We will be back!

Weekend getaway

The home was beautiful. Very well equipped and comfortable. We had an issue with the heat the 1st night of our stay but the property manager Michelle was amazing. She came to the house in sub zero Temps at 11 pm to see if she could resolve the problem, which she did for the night and then She had a tech there the next morning and checked in all weekend to make sure all was good. We would definitely book here again!
