Comfortable vacation home with a sauna, patio and large living room

Built in 1996 in the Danish vacation home style, the house offers plenty of space (90 square meters) and is equipped to accommodate 6 people. In addition to electric floor heating, a wood-burning stove creates a cozy atmosphere. The living area features a large (122 cm) flat-screen LED TV (satellite TV) and a stereo system with a Blu-ray player; the kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, and refrigerator. Wi-Fi via LTE is also available.
On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs on the loft, there is a double bed, and the children’s room has two single beds. The house also features a sauna. In addition, a washer-dryer is available.

Vacation Park: The vacation park features a well-stocked supermarket, and you can treat yourself to a meal at reasonable prices in the restaurant. You can swim in the lake or explore the waterways by boat or on full-day excursion cruises. You can also go horseback riding, rent bicycles, play mini-golf, and much more. The area is also ideal for day trips to Berlin and the Baltic Sea.
The cancellation policy is outlined in the rental agreement—for cancellations up to the 35th day, 10% of the rental price will be charged; from the 34th day up to the 2nd day before the start of the rental period, 70% of the rental price will be charged.
In the event of a later cancellation or a no-show, the full rental price will be charged.
