Perfect spot!

I had a great stay here, the place is small, but it was just me so it was perfect. The location is very convenient, and it was nice to have to off street driveway for parking. Savannah was easy to reach when I had questions, which was great.

Paid for two nights and couldn’t even stay in the property for 5 minutes. As soon as we went in the smell of cat urine and smoke was unbearable. Cat hair and spiderwebs were visible everywhere. We left and rented another place. I have used Vrbo many times and never had a bad experience. This was awful. The owners apologized and said they would refund one night only. Vrbo offered points. That is it.

We appreciate your review. Upon checking out the home. The house did not smell like cat or urine. We had no issues working with you due to animal allergies.we do rent to people who have pets. We apologize for the issue you had at our house.

Very Downtown

From the map I thought the property was much further north, but it is in fact right next to downtown. That said, the property was as completely adequate for my needs.

Perfect location

Needed a place close to the hospital. This was perfect. A plus was being able to walk our pup close by. Our first time to use VRBO and our host was patient and walked us thru it. Neighbors and neighbors friendly. Thanks !!

Late Sept 2024

The location was perfect for all the events we came to Colorado Springs to attend. This house had everything we needed and the host was very responsive to messages. Quiet neighborhood and the history made it a bit sweeter. (You should put the history of the house in there… very Colorado!!)

1587 High St

Awesome!! Savannah has done a great job renovating this little bungalow. It was well equipped and we had everything we needed for our stay. The location is centrally located with easy access in any direction of Colorado Springs. Savanah was also very easy to communicate with, although it is all contactless and I am not the best high tech operator.
