With a waterfront view and a peaceful patio, this condo is the perfect location for your next getaway! This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The second-floor unit (with elevator access) is walking distance to the Walden Yacht Club which includes the Breakwater Grill which is a great place to eat dinner with a view and listen to live music. You will also have access to the Yacht Club pools as well as the complex community pool right outside of the unit!

The primary bedroom has a private bathroom attached with a shower and tub combination. There is ample seating at the kitchen bar and a table for additional dining or workspace. Cook dinner with the family and/or relax with the water view from the living area. This is a great spot for families, couples, or to just getaway and enjoy the view!

Beautiful Vacay

We truly enjoyed this condo. The location was excellent. It was within walking distance to breakwater that has food and entertainment. We could dock our boat right there and walk to it and get on and off very easily. The condo was really cute very clean and well stacked with dishes we cook dinner both nights and breakfast and never had to look for anything. One thing that I always worry about is the temperature in places that I stay and we could get the temperature very comfortable. We will definitely stay there again

Great Condo!

I stayed at the condo with my adult daughter who is in a wheelchair. We really only were in the condo to sleep, the rest of the day we were at my sister's lake house. The condo has an elevator and it was wide enough for me to wheel my daughter around. The condo was very well stocked, even had coffee! The a/c works like a charm. We enjoyed our stay!

Relaxing Destination

The Point at Walden is a beautiful location on Lake Conroe. The swimming pool was only four feet deep which allowed the sun to warm the water substantially and felt more like a hot tub, but was very nice. My kids, 12 & 15 loved this condo and had a blast. I received instructions to unlock the door via email, did not have to go anywhere to check-in or out. Will definitely go back.

Wonderful and Then Some

This condo not only has a great view and is on the lake, it is peaceful and quiet. The stay includes access to a yacht club (beside the complex) with a huge pool and baby pool also on the lake. There is a bar and grill and the yacht clubs food is delicious. Beautiful with fishing, walking and great class of people. Plus the owner is happily responsive. Oh and very reasonably priced esp. on itrip Beds are comfortable and kitchen is easy to cook in. Yes there is a patio for fresh air and views. 5 star all the way.

Disappointing!

Condo is ok, but the picture is better than the unit. Beds are too soft, the front bedroom A/C vent rattles so much you couldn't sleep in the front room. There is no water pressure in the kitchen so you couldn't wash dishes. Just a trickle. The middle bath was slightly better than the kitchen. Pocket door in the master is very hard to open/close. This unit needs maintenance. That fancy frig is not in this unit.

Comfortable stay for a rainy weekend

Stay was nice, the 4 stars is because it would have been nice to know roofers would be out rooding the building next to us, but the rain fixed it. The property is pretty dated but overall a nice place to hang out and watch Christmas movie's.

Great Place to Stay!!!

Stayed at this condo while attending a work related event and was very happy with the price, location and amenities. Additionally, the host provides a book with all information regarding places to eat, drink or explore. Unit was clean and well furnished. If you are looking for a great host and place to stay.....look no further.

Great Location, Quiet Atmosphere

We loved our stay! I was a little worried because we overlooked the pool, but it was perfect. There were no loud parties at the pool...or anywhere else on the property. The unit sparkled, the bed was super comfortable! It was perfect!! We will definitely rent this unit again.
