At the edge of the hamlet, in the heart of a typical Minervois wine-growing landscape, this house is an ideal base for discovering a region rich in character and history. Just a few kilometres away, Minerve, a Cathar city perched above the gorges of the Cesse, offers spectacular scenery and streets steeped in history. More broadly, your stay is an opportunity to explore Narbonne and its Roman heritage, the medieval city of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi or the Lac de Jouarres, popular for its water activities. Nature lovers will also enjoy the Haut Languedoc Regional Natural Park, ideal for hiking, mountain biking and climbing, while the surrounding vineyards invite you to discover muscat wines and AOC-labelled wines. The 80 m2 gite is laid out over two levels and offers well-designed spaces for a comfortable stay. On the ground floor, there is a kitchen area open to the living room, pleasant and functional, completed by a utility room and a separate toilet. The living room is equipped with air conditioning and a fireplace area, particularly appreciated on winter evenings. Upstairs, the sleeping area includes two air-conditioned bedrooms, a bathroom and a separate toilet. A baby cot is also available.
