A 3 bedroom, 2 bath - you've never seen one like this before! Lounge in this IG worthy house just 2 blocks from Dickies Arena and across the street from Will Rogers Colesium and the Fort Worth Museums. A short Uber to the historical Fort Worth Stockyards, downtown & TCU. This property has all the comforts of home!

Welcome to the Groovy Casa, a Fort Worth hidden gem. Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, across the street from Will Rogers Auditorium and 2 blocks from Dickies Arena. Just a short drive to the historical Fort Worth Stockyards, Downtown and TCU. The house is equipped with modern amenities like high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs and quality mattresses, linens and towels.

The Groovy Casa is the perfect base to explore the DFW area for fellow adventurers, young families and business travelers.

The house is 1683 square feet with a master bedroom and 2 guest bedrooms. 2 full bathrooms and an oversized laundry room with a queen size futon for additional sleeping. Full size washer and dryer are available for your use.

BEDROOMS
Each bedroom comes with mattress encasements, mattress protectors and high quality mattresses. Bedrooms are equipped with large closets, bedside tables and lamps. Each bedroom features a smart TV. Just bring your login for Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc.

LIVING ROOM
A comfortable couch that converts into a bed, for more sleeping space. You’ll also have a 55" Smart TV - just bring your personal login along. Record Player with records for your entertainment.

KITCHEN
Vintage Kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to whip something up during your stay. You’ll have a fridge & freezer, 4 burner gas stove, full size oven, toaster, microwave and much more. Keurig and 8 cup traditional coffee pot available.

We provide complimentary coffee. You'll find an assortment of tea and coffee for your enjoyment.

BATHROOM
Both bathrooms equipped with fresh linens.

FRONT PATIO
Covered large front patio with lounge chairs.

BACKYARD
Covered private patio and backyard for your enjoyment. The string lights are easily activated by plugging the string into the outlet.

This is such a cool house right at the foot of the museum district and Dickies Arena. Jamie is highly communicative and a great host. The house is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

We loved everything about our stay here - cutely decorated rooms, lots of space so we weren’t on top of each other and great location. Host was super communicative - would absolutely stay here again!

This home is so quaint and precious. You can tell the owner has put a lot of effort into the interior details. All ages enjoyed the record player and Pac Man game. The interior is older and there were a couple little maintenance things that needed attention but our stay overall was great. The location is excellent and there are lots of great things to walk to. We were in town for a wedding and it was just a few minutes from the TCU chapel. Such a unique stay!

We loved our stay at the Groovy Casa! Clean, cozy, fun themed and conveniently located! Jaime was a great host, communication was clear and easy! Would definitely stay again if retuned to the area!

Charming, funky little cottage super close to Dickie’s Arena. They definitely embraced the old school charm…. Some of those “ non-updates” could use some maintenance (scary toilet flushing -slow and comes up to the rim each time-sink nozzle leak, door handle fell off) but nothing that significantly impacted our stay. Front porch is wonderful for an evening drink and morning coffee. We love being able to play vinyl records.

Perfect location in a wonderful quite neighborhood.

Clean, accommodating and so fun

Our family had a great time at this home. The Pac-Man and record player was a hit. Beds were all very comfortable. House was clean. Host was great and very accommodating. We look forward to visiting again!

Jaime was very responsive and the location of the house is terrific: great beds and beautiful linens, very clean, super heat/A/C system, fun decor, well equipped kitchen, lovely porches and very quiet by day and by night. I have written to Jaime about a few minor maintenance issues and I am sure that these will be addressed. Many thanks for a wonderful visit to Fort Worth!

Family time

Excellent location for all Fort Worth activities you have in mind. Walking distance to Dickies arena and Will Rogers complex. We were very comfortable, beds were great.

In the groove

This fit our needs well. The bedrooms were set up so noise from our little ones didn’t carry. Being close to the museums was great, too.

We absolutely loved our stay at this house! It was perfect for our girls trip — spacious, spotless, and decorated so fun and thoughtfully. Every room had cute touches that made the whole place feel special and Insta-worthy. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the outdoor space was the perfect place to relax with a drink after exploring.The host was responsive and easy to communicate with, and check-in was a breeze. We genuinely didn’t want to leave! Highly recommend this home if you’re looking for a stylish, comfortable, and memorable place to stay. We would 100% book again!

Cool house

This house was perfect for our stay. We were able to park at the house and walk to dickies arena. The beds were great and the house had everything we needed. We loved the vintage decor!!! House felt very safe also!!!
