Lovely house located on the main canal at Keaton Beach Florida.(** CARGO LIFT NOT FOR RENTAL USE**) Nice long porch to enter front door. Three bedroom two bathroom with nice large living room ( couch / loveseat and chair). Fourth bedroom and third bathroom on the main level with separate entrance from the front porch. Dining room with table that seats four and a small bar separating space from the kitchen ( bar seats four) all located in the main house. Nice 30 foot dock for your boats. Fish cleaning area just off the dock with a large ICE MACHINE for your use while staying in the house. (** CARGO LIFT NOT FOR RENTAL USE**) Large area under the house to host all your guest for gathering.

Awesome place to stay for our scalloping adventure! Close to boat ramp, plenty of parking, ice machine, friendly neighborhood. Will definitely be back!

Exceeded expectations. It appears there have been many recent improvements. Loved the ice machine and cleaning station! The kitchen was sufficiently equipped. We will be back!

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful….there was lots of room for the eight of us, kitchen had plenty of pots and pans for cooking. Dock accommodations several boats and the ice house is a bonus! We hope to be back again!

Great Location

Spring fishing trip. Located on main canal connecting to Gulf waters. Very comfortable and clean. Nice kitchen and eating area. Would love to come back for fall fishing. Property is great!

Perfect Setup

The location was perfect for scalloping. The kitchen was well equipped and the ice machine was an excellent amenity. We hope to come back next year!!!! Highly recommend.

Great Canal Location

Great property!! Canal location with plenty of dockage. House has four bedrooms and three baths. One bedroom / bath has a separate entrance which offers privacy. Weather was a challenge while we were there, but we were quite comfortable even when we were rained in.

On main canal which maintains access to the gulf during low tide. Large dock. Ice machine. Accomodations were clean and comfortable.

Hurricane troubles!

We didn’t end up getting to come on this trip due to a hurricane, but our money was reimburse quickly from the owner. We hope to try again soon!

Scallop Vacation

House was good. Exterior parking is a little tight for boat trailers and master bed could use a new less noiser frame. Those are the only complaints. Everything else was perfect. Ice maker is a game changer for fishing/scalloping. We would definitely stay again.

We are senior citizens.Picked this place because of the lift.Should of been informed that it was out of order.Husband had to spend most of his time sitting downstairs 😢😢

House was very nice; clean and plenty of kitchen cookware, towels, etc. Online pictures not accurate at all. Was a bit difficult finding the ice maker but once we figured it out, it was great. The weather was horrible. For the three days we were there, we got wind, white caps and lots of rain. Made it almost impossible to do what we went there for: scalloping and fishing. Tropical storm Bertha was not kind to us. Got to meet the property manager (Rhonda) who is a really nice lady. So, the three star rating has nothing to do with the accommodations, only the terrible weather.

Terrible experience from the get-go. By check in time, we still didn't have the door code. Fortunately we arrived right as the cleaners were leaving and they were kind enough to let us in while we waited for a response from the owners. Still needed the code for the key box so we could actually lock the place up when we left. We found a binder with another person to contact locally. Finally get the door code and set out to use the 60' dock per the listing. My 22' pontoon took up most of the dock and we were unable to keep two boats there as we planned. Not sure what happened to the missing 30'? Would be nice to get what was advertised though. The house itself is in need of much work. Fortunately the breaker panel is easy enough to find as you'll probably trip them a few times trying to do things like turn on a ceiling fan. The floors are about as uneven and hilly as they can be. The bed in the master bedroom is like sleeping on a tilted rock. If you have trouble getting out of bed the left side is considerably easier to get out of with the slope though. The roaches made for interesting housemates also during the week and the cherry on top of the overall condition of the house is the window over the kitchen sink falling out of the side of the house. Not sure what has happened to allow such a place to be rented to others but if you're looking for honest representation of the place, a level floor, and fewer cockroaches than humans, this may not be the place for you.

Great place! It was hard to tell for us from the photos, but the separate “suite” (right next door to the main house’s front door) has a queen bed and full bathroom, and there is another room in the main house with a queen bed and full bathroom. The other bathroom is off of the living room (has the washer and dryer- NO LAUNDRY SOAP FYI!) as well as the other 2 bedrooms (one with a queen and the other with 2 twins). Kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans, cups, mugs, cutting boards, coffee pot and keurig, knives, Tupperware, plates, bowls, baking sheets etc. The ice machine downstairs was nice to have! Fridge has an ice maker and water dispenser. Boat slip fits one or two boats depending on size and creativity. Back porch upstairs is screened in which was super nice in the evenings. Back queen bedroom in the main house is warm with little airflow so bring a fan - the ceiling fan is very noisy! Beware the roll off site for trash does not open until noon and check out is 10am, so take your trash the night before. We will definitely be back! Everything was perfect for us and what we needed for our fishing/scalloping trip!

We enjoyed out first stay at this property. It served 8 of us well. The host made sure we were comfortable and to call if we needed anything. We didn’t.
